Alright, sorry if these have been answered in this thread already, but with such a large thread and sometimes seemingly contradicting answers with all of those who contribute to answering questions within the thread, I am a bit confused. Any help with any of these questions is greatly appreciated!
1) Can I wear an ADS/ANS/Jack Off Sleeve during the first 90 days to prevent turtling and aid in gains?
2) Can I ballooning and/or edge during first 90 days?
3) Can ballooning or edging harm your penis if done incorrectly?
4) Do I need to get erections throughout the day or am I not supposed to? Basically, what is the best case scenario as far as PE (and this 90 day routine) and erections, even if they are not acted upon (e.g. masturbation)?
5) How do I keep my penis smooth and healthy looking? My skin is typically dry and my glans typically doesn’t look all that appealing as it looks wrinkly unless I get an amazing erection or a kegel blood into my penis and hold it, but as soon as I release the kegel, the size and appealing look of my penis goes down.
6) Is the routine best with 5 days on and 2 days off or what? It seems as though this has been inconsistent in this thread and throughout the forum when referring to this program, so I was hoping for a definitive answer.
7) Is there anything I need to do on my off days?
8) Is there anything I shouldn’t do on my off days?
