Hi people im new to PE (Im on my 4th day of 2nd week I started on the 26th of December 2009) and i would like some help improving my method to maximise any possible early gains.
My work out is......
10 Minutes warming up
I used the wet cloth method but i just couldent feel the heat after 10 or so seconds so ive tried a cup filled with warm/slightly hot water is this an alright method of warming up ??
I then strech my penis the way you have explianed behind the glands using my thumb and index finger but instead of making a helicopter rotation i just strech it upwards, left, right, downwards then point outwards each strech lasts for 30 seconds so the strech itself last about 2 and a half minutes. Can anubody offer an improvment here please.
Then 10 Minutes of jelqing. The only question i have here is with my erection level if i held the penis by the base i know it shoud be firm but soft (if that makes sense) but should it be soft enough to bend over my thumb due to it own weight or should it be firm enough to stay almost upright but still bendable (if that makes sense as well).
Followed by 2-3 minutes of warming down but once again dipping my penis in a cup of warm water.
I work out genrally a night time usally anytime from 8pm - 12pm my work out usally last half an hour (30 min).
I have 5 days working out 2 days off.
One more thing can anybody help me incorprate kegeling into my work out please.
