i've been trying to read your 90 day beginner routine several times now, im not bad at english but i have some dificulties understanding some of the terms you use in it. Therefore i would like to ask a few questions.
wtf is tug, and loss of tug? i read the word explenation but i didn't really understand?
What do you mean when you ex. write (6:00), is it the degree you should hold the penis in a form of clockwork explenation or?

Hello Members,
I just started the routine a few days ago and so far so good. I just have a quick question on rep time. Should each rep be 3-4 seconds per hand or altogether (1.5-2 seconds per hand)? I thought from reading it meant altogether, it just seems a better pump could be achieved if it was longer.

I'm just about to finish my second week but I was wondering if I could do the jelqs on a time basis rather than reps, I find I have to distract myself a lot to stop getting so erect and this makes me loose count but it's easy enough to watch the clock.

If you think it will still work, how long should I spend on the jelqs and v-jelqs?

Do whatever works best for you. The ideal thing to take note of is quality.

In terms of how long you should take, why not just time a session with you counting reps and then simply abide by that time (or something similar).

Doh! How obvious! I guess I should've just given it some more thought, thanks.

EDIT: It's also just occurred to me that 3 seconds per jelq times by 100 (wet jelqs) then 300 divided by 60 equals 5 minutes. As for the v-jelqs that's 3 minutes for 60 reps.

JP, can you recommend me a brand for each of the following?


Super B complex.
Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
60 mg Zinc.
500mg L-Arginine capsule.
500 mg L-Lysine.

Also is it okay to add L-Glutamine to help with muscle recovery since I will be working out and L-Citrulline to make sure most of the L-arginine gets used?

Alright, sorry if these have been answered in this thread already, but with such a large thread and sometimes seemingly contradicting answers with all of those who contribute to answering questions within the thread, I am a bit confused. Any help with any of these questions is greatly appreciated!

1) Can I wear an ADS/ANS/Jack Off Sleeve during the first 90 days to prevent turtling and aid in gains?
2) Can I ballooning and/or edge during first 90 days?
3) Can ballooning or edging harm your penis if done incorrectly?
4) Do I need to get erections throughout the day or am I not supposed to? Basically, what is the best case scenario as far as PE (and this 90 day routine) and erections, even if they are not acted upon (e.g. masturbation)?
5) How do I keep my penis smooth and healthy looking? My skin is typically dry and my glans typically doesn’t look all that appealing as it looks wrinkly unless I get an amazing erection or a kegel blood into my penis and hold it, but as soon as I release the kegel, the size and appealing look of my penis goes down.
6) Is the routine best with 5 days on and 2 days off or what? It seems as though this has been inconsistent in this thread and throughout the forum when referring to this program, so I was hoping for a definitive answer.
7) Is there anything I need to do on my off days?
8) Is there anything I shouldn’t do on my off days?

Again, much thanks to JP for this program and to anyone who can help me get these things straightened out!

Started today as well! Just one question, when it says "Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.." does that mean throughout the whole session 150 wet jelqs and 90 V jelqs should have been completed?

jP means 150 wet jelqs reps. Right stroke and left stroke is one reps. 1 V jelq reps is one stroke to the left, one to the right, and one straight up.

Hey I'm just wondering but I started 2 days ago and I know that if you have shrinkage after the PE its not that good,but for me it only shrinks a bit or it doesn't shrink at all just stays the same length the only difference I can see is that I have more girth.But I also read that if the next day its still engorged its a sign of a good PE which mine is.So why is it after PE it shrinks or stays the same length?Of course during PE I can feel loads of blood in my penis and I am pretty sure I am doing it right,but am I doing it too much if it shrinks or stays the same?I'm doing it exactly how its written on the routine.Oh yea my sessions last for 55mins-1hour and 10 mins and my jelqs are 3-4 seconds each.Warm up is slightly longer though at 10-18mins (I like to be warmed up).
