I've been taking 2 x 500mg of L-arginine daily for the last 2 weeks. The first week was great and I could really feel a difference in flaccid hang and EQ, but by the second week the effects have worn off. Has anyone else experienced this?

kKeep having it. Amino Acids react in different ways for every person. You will soon notice increased energy levels, give it another couple of weeks.

This will be my first post on these forums, it happens to be a question.

I read JonPop's entire post and from what I understand, you're supposed to do this routine for 5 days straight and rest for 2 days? I'm no expert in PE and I'm very interested in doing this routine, but if you did this for 5 days straight wouldn't it be overkill? I've always thought, at least when lifting weights using your arms and legs, you should do 1 day on and 1 day off, giving your muscles adequate time to build up in between work outs. Obviously your penis is different than your arm, so that's why I'm making sure that I understand this correctly.

I also know that everyone is different and JonPop was talking about "down days" which makes perfect sense. So am I correct in assuming that I should PE for 5 days in a row, and rest for 2 days? Unless I have a down day and then I should take that day off? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I want to make sure I know what I'm doing before I do it. Just trying to be better safe than sorry :)

I have one more question just to clear up any uncertainties. I understand how to do all of these exercises, BUT this one part confuses me slightly.

"Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the thigh. While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25) Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."

This is how I interpret this: You pull straight out (removing the stretch from your thigh, and directing the stretch straight out) and move your penis in a big circle moving left for 10 revolutions and then in a big circle moving right for 10 revolutions. Please tell me if I understood this correctly, if not please explain further. Sorry for all the questions, but this is a lot of stuff to learn starting as a beginner and, as I said before, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Overall I think this is an awesome site that I have stumbled across on and it has a great community from what I can see. I'd like to make a progress thread as soon as I become a little more PE literate and get this workout down.

Man ... I've got to learn to read more closely. I was doing what I thought was 100 reps, but you're counting the right then left hand as one rep ... right? So in reality I've only been doing the 50 reps you recommend.

BUT ...

I also didn't notice that I'm supposed to do 3 sets of each!! :eek: So I'll correct all of that from tomorrow morning.

Some questions:

Did I read somewhere that LOT theory is considered unreliable ... or perhaps not having as much impact as first thought?

How crucial is the 2 day break? Would a one day break every few days be sufficient.

And after my jelqs I've been wearing a steel ring around the glans for most of the day ... for an effect similar to an ADS. It's not tight enough to affect blood flow but it keeps me in a lightly stretched, non-turtled state. And it's not noticeable under suit trousers. Is that a good move?

JonPop your a genius. Now after a messing up my first few months in PE by constant overtraining i finally understand where i should have began and why. Oh well at least i have built the understanding, now i gotta just get the gains. The weird part was that my overtraining did result in some girth, but no length. Anyways Im going to follow this routine and keep you posted on my gains.

I guess it is ok. I edge on rest days and after workouts. Try not to ejaculate everytime though.

JP, I didnt quite get this part. I dont understand what do you mean by BIG CIRCLES? Please excuse me for asking kiddish questions!

JP, you suggested 5 days on and 2 days off for the routine. Is it for the entire 90 day duration or just for the starting couple of weeks?
Wont it be overtraining?

Ok. I'll go with the 2 on/1 off routine for a month. Then switch to 5 on/2 off.

"Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down." that means you gotta jelq with an over-grip? Meaning your thumb is facing down also? I just started this routine on monday, tommorow I'll be done with my first week. I'll keep going until 90 days reaches up... I'll let you know the results. And about the V-jelq... I think I'm doing it good, but its hard to jelq with the V sign... Anyone has a video? Thanks

Been Using this routine for a week love what im seeing. JP I have a question in regards to the rotation. after the initial stretch (right,left,up,and out) do you do the rotation from the current stretch position IE: if your stretching to the (left) upon finishing your 25 kegels do you do your rotation in the left stretch or do you start from the nuetral center and pull out from the middle and rotate?

Hey TOOB, welcome to the Gym. If I am holding against my left thigh, when I finish my 25 quick Kegels, I just pull straight out with my left hand and do the circle's. Right thigh, right hand. (jP
