Hi, absolute newbie here. I stumbled on this site while trying to find out what edging was... I've started edging about ten days ago and today was the beginning of my second week of JonPop's 90 day routine for beginners. I figured how to do all the stretches and the jelqs thanks to the resources recommended here and really enjoy the PE gym routines. A few questions...
I think I may be a little sore today from the way I grip my penis for the stretches. Do you have any suggestions? I don't think I'm gripping too hard, I think it is just a friction thing. I haven't really had much of an erection when doing the jelqs, but the glans really gets engorged with each stroke so I think it will be ok.
Since doing the edging and PE, I notice a lot more middle of the night and morning wood...not iron wood yet, but certainly an improvement over a few weeks ago.
Also, my balls sometimes feel more tender and a bit engorged. I think this might be from the edging since I have not been ejaculating at the end of these sessions (about 20+ minutes, four times a week).
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Hopefully getinbig...

I tried doing a search in this thread for my question, and my comouter-search-fu may suck, because I couldn't find a definte answer, so I apologize if this has been answered...
On the warm down, should I be doing some light stretching*after using the rice sock ina. Similar vein as the warm up?

Couple of weeks later and a little bit of improvements seen. Results below.

Going to go to a maintenance routine as my wife now is complaining I am getting too big for her and last too long..:) She doesn't know anything I have done for improvement. So far I have just convinced her nothing has changed with me but that she is getting tighter which made her happy to hear !

I know this may be the wrong forum for progress stats but wanted to help my starting and current in the same forum.

9/15 - low EQ no ED Drugs
BPEL 6.65 EG at 5.2

10/3
BPEL 7.40 EG 5.6 !!

BPEL 7.5. EG a hair above 5.75
Didn't measure FL but looks the same as the original improvements I posted above.

What olderclassisny wrote is part of my goal...but I'm starting kinda small :(
Doing well with JP's program after all of 7 days...no problems other than my balls being a bit sore and a little irritation on the tip of my cock when doing circle stretches. Jelqs going well and feel great, despite not being erected very much.
At this early point, pretty much hooked on the 90 day program and edging 3 days a week. Great sex with my wife last night which I expect to get alot better.
Hoping to hear some complaints!

Given my meager starting measurements, are my short and long term goals realistic? I would also appreciate advice on ways to keep with the program from more experienced members. I'm all of ten days into PE and loving it...but it seems like many people who post stop after a while. I really want to achieve my goals and would love some encouragement and sound advice from those who have had success. Thanks!

Just want to say thanks a lot i started 3 months again and my EQ is getting better and better turning it back in to a rock
also my gains have been unreal can't bloody believe it +0.5 EL and +0.3 EG :) happy happy joy joy

PS also using bathmate

anyway thanks again going to keep doing the JP's program till the gains stop

Hey DirtyNerd, Congrats on your success and thanks for posting mate! I'm a newbie in my second week and excited to see it's working for you. Thanks for your post...it's encouraging. I'm hoping I might see something like that at three months but I'm starting smaller...I'm hoping my goals are realistic.

Hello Getinbig, i'll be honest with you gaining an inch in length is very realistic so long as you are willing to give it time. I think lots of guys quickly disappear because they expect huge gains quickly and when they don't get them quickly they promptly give up. So treat it like a fun hobby and enjoy doing PE and overtime you should be able to get nearer and nearer towards your PE targets.

I will point out that girth gains usually come slower than length gains but with dedication i wouldn't rule out you reaching your girth target.

I still haven't figured out how you wear an extender while you're at work or around the house. Is that possible or can people tell you've got something on under there? I definitely hear you regarding realistic expectations and that this is a long term commitment. I plan on trying to stay with the program for the full 90 days...and then extending for 90 more. By then it should be part of my routine...hopefully something I'm still really enjoying...especially if I'm seeing gains.:cool:

The problem with an ordinary extender (which has a noose or a strap) is that they are very time consuming and they can be very painful to wear. Infact people often spend £200 on an expensive one and then decide not to use them because wearing them is such a miserable experience.

Luckily manual pe is not too time consuming and is thoroughly enjoyable + many people gain brilliantly while doing it. :cool: So do the JP for 3 months and who knows how much you will have gained by the end of the 90 days. Good luck! :)

Thanks for that quick response, Schlittle. I will follow your advice. Hopefully I'll have some impressive gains to post after 3-6 months of stretching and jelqing. Certainly a lot of pleasure along the journey...

Hello DirtyNerd! Glad to hear your EQ is getting better and better. Any advice for me. I'd like to see that as well. Are you doing anything specific to work on your EQ?

Hi JonPop or anybody else that could help out:

1) I'm finding the reverse kegels to be a bit difficult. Is the reverse kegel necessary? And if necessary, when and how often do you do them? (Example, after every PE day 5 days a week, etc.).

2) I starting this routine sometime back in 2010 and completed it for 6 months around 3-4 days a week (in which forum members advised the next step is to alter program to incorporate my needs), and have been off and on for a year or so after that. I will be starting back up again this upcoming week. Is it still OK alter a bit of the program to fit my needs for length rather than girth, such as expanding stretches from 25 to 30 kegels, and 15 stretch revolutions, etc.?

How much time should i wait between the routine and the masturbation(with ejaculation) because i red that it's not good to ejaculate right before or after the PE routine?

I have a real important question... I think I asked this last year, but I didn't really get a response about it........... well...... My dick is most thinnest at the base... and I really want the base to be thicker... I want a thicker dick in general... I think the length is fine. Anyway I am worried that jelqing will make that base thinner.


EDIT: Also, I have another question... It's very hard for me to do V-Jelqs because I can't really maintain an erection when I am doing that one... regular jeqls, I can, but V-Jeqls... for some reason it makes me lose my erection... I mean, my dick is still floppy and what not... it's just not that firm... This frusterates me because I read you need to have like a 75 erection or something... what do I do about this?

well, about the erection level when jelqing, whatever kind, i would have to say that any level is ok, though 60-70% is perfect. the difference lies in the force. that is,the less of your erection, the more powerful of the grip. accoreding to pesg( the author of other beginer’s routine), even gentle force work, pushing blood to the head.

the point is you may get satisfied level when you donnot pay attention to it.

Okay... I think keeping an good erection during V-Jelqing is easier if I stimulate the head a lot while flexing my PC muscles in between every 3-4 jelqs...

But I am still wondering if jelqing is gonna make the base of the shaft thinner.. I really want a thicker base...

ALSO, another important question... I read somewhere that it's not good if you have an orgasm after a jelqing session. Is that true?

I currently do the JP90 routine in the shower. I've been taking it slow so I haven't built up to 150 jelqs, 90 v-jelqs yet. If I count a rep as a stroke with one hand, 200 jelq reps and 120 v-jelq reps, so if a jelq is 2 reps and a v-jelq 3, then 100 jelqs and 40 v-jelqs.

My concern is time. Warm-up, routine and warm-down keeps me in the shower for 45+ min. And clearly I'm not even doing the full routine, only about 2/3 of it. How long does it usually take for you guys to do the JP90?
