Hi, absolute newbie here. I stumbled on this site while trying to find out what edging was... I've started edging about ten days ago and today was the beginning of my second week of JonPop's 90 day routine for beginners. I figured how to do all the stretches and the jelqs thanks to the resources recommended here and really enjoy the PE gym routines. A few questions...
I think I may be a little sore today from the way I grip my penis for the stretches. Do you have any suggestions? I don't think I'm gripping too hard, I think it is just a friction thing. I haven't really had much of an erection when doing the jelqs, but the glans really gets engorged with each stroke so I think it will be ok.
Since doing the edging and PE, I notice a lot more middle of the night and morning wood...not iron wood yet, but certainly an improvement over a few weeks ago.
Also, my balls sometimes feel more tender and a bit engorged. I think this might be from the edging since I have not been ejaculating at the end of these sessions (about 20+ minutes, four times a week).
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Hopefully getinbig...
