Hi. I did the LOT test and i notice a strong tug when my penis is at 12. At 9 is very weak and at 6 i dont feel any tug. That means i have a high LOT , right? I think my NBPEL is somewhere around 14 cm and the girth is around 13 cm (i need to measure my tool properly). My goal is to gain 1 inch in lenght and a bit more girth. It is possible with this beginer routine? Thank you!

Thanks for the welcome and I hope the gains continue for the both of you, for all of us!

Will be starting the JP90 routine as directed, but just have a couple questions, should I start at 5 days on 2 days off at first? Would baby oil be a decent lotion?

Good choice with the JP90. I've been comfortable doing 5 on 2 off.
As far as your lube, i've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula

a written concept? i'm sure 99% of non native english speaker had to research most of those words to make even sense out of it loss of tug or tugback? why not use english words instead of newly created ones?not even a link is there to show what the word tugback even means or kegel,and how does straight out has a different meaning then straight down? and wtf does "stretch to the left holding the stretch against the theigh"mean?and what does "do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left" mean? does it mean 1.you should stretch your penis 10 times each stretch 2 cm from the last stretch so when you are at the 10th you finished your circle?or 2. do 10 circles while stretching. ."swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20." does it mean you must do it for 20 seconds and 5 revs each second or do 20 revs?what does revs mean it could mean thousand things those it mean [h=1]Revolutions per second?"by useing the V between your middle and next finger"i don't know what next finger means where you are from but "next" means the finger next to the middle finger and this are 2 so wich one?lol i think we should either guess or take the one we want.."slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly "why say shaft it could mean alot when i look at the translator and how do you get your fingers towards the belly while holding the penis?rofl and what is the underside of the shaft´?"". I have one question about "Helicopter Shakes"

We have to do 5 revolutions per second for a total of 20 revolutions so each Helicopter Shakes have to last 4-5 seconds ?

JP, Ive been doing your JP90 routine for 10 days now and used the sock hanger with 5 lbs 5 days on and 2 days off.
I have also edged a couple times and have had to ejaculate a few times too. I have noticed some gains in length already especially flaccid hang, but have not notice any girth gains. Any advice? anything is helpful! Thanks! Taylor

Yes. Complete the remaining 80 days. Don't over train.
Wait until you are done with the routine before doing anything extra.

What do you mean by 10 big circles? Do you mean go in a complete rotate or stop like the rotating stretch video shows where to stop at?

finished my 1 month mark, 3 rest days and then off to week 5 to 8

reached my short term goal! I am still kind of in disbelief... I gain 0.5 inches in length and 0.1 in girth

Hey guys,

I did the JP90 routine literally 4-5 years ago, didn't have much luck with it so I quit. I want to start the routine again but I want to add to the routine.

How can I incorporate extending with an extender in to the JP90 routine? Spend 15-20 mins after a JP90 sessions, 3 days a week or extend on 2-3 off days per week? What do you guys recommend?

I Have just started your program JP and i will do 5 days and 2 days off.
I Am having some issues with V jelq but i think i will handle them.
Also should i do 150 wet jelqs and right after 90 v jelq ?
Can i do v jelq first ? Does it matter ?

Dear JP or other experienced PE'ers:

I have been doing JP 90 for about 2 months now, and I have a question. I love doing PE and have made some decent gains so far. But very early on I began experiencing some turtling and a general feeling of some "tug back" at all hours of the day. I read some stuff on turtling and wasn't too concerned with it, but now I've noticed that if I look at my unit when I feel this, the head is actually shrinking back within the skin and my flacid is VERY small. However, all my measurements have indicated growth.
According to the thread here about PI's I should continue doing what I'm doing since I've been growing, but this "extreme turtling" is really bothersome. All my other PI's are nuetral or good I would say - getting some night and morning wood and EQ is very good. Any ideas on how to combat this, or should I just get used to it? I also took a week off and the feeling only subsided slightly. It "worsened" when I began PE again (even with a lighter routine) Thanks in advance for any advice.

Should my penis feel a certain way after a pe workout? Should I feel sore or anything or feel shrunken throughout the day? I just have no idea if im doing things right.

For 2 days my routine has been:
I do like 6-10 minutes of warming up with a warm washcloth
50 wet jelqs (Both hands alternating count as one)
30 V-jelqs
50 wet jelqs
30 V-jelqs
6-10 minutes with warm washcloth

I just want to get the most out of these sessions. I want good quick gains without the risks of getting hurt or smaller!!:( If anybody could help me out, it'd be great! Thanks.

Hey JP ive started my 90 days thisweek! As im getting into it im noticing some stuff that you could possibly help me understand the meaning/solution behind. You say that wet jelqing should be carried out with an ok grip that has the base of your palm facing down. Is this grip called the overhand jelq? Im trying to understand what differences the jelq has when youre jelqing with your palms facing down and when their facing towards the base of your penis. Furthermore, im trying to push blood to the glans when i jelq so I try by adding more force to the grip half way up the shaft because from there the girth seems to be bigger and i really want to get right underneath the glans (literally where there is an inward curve in between, but as i do this i seem to lose blood and i think its due to the increased girth halfway up the shaft and also the piled up skin that makes it harder to finish at the curve. Should i continue to just jelq harder half way through or wjat are my options here? When i jelq harder i dont think my penis has expanded at all by the looks of my penis straifht after the routine. Im 4.7 in length erect which makes me an unusual individual btw. Should i be cautious of anything?

Hey Tyler. It looks like you actually found PEGym at least a month before I did. I started reading the posts on the different Forums with great skepticism, but with real interest. After a week or more, I began to think I should give PE a try. As I learned the PE language and was able to sort out the different beginner programs, like you I selected JP's 90 day beginner program. I am now into my 9th week of the program and absolutely love PE and what it's done for me. It clearly works. Regarding what results we can achieve, that obviously varies from individual to individual. I've been fortunate in achieving some gains that are almost unbelievable to me. From my signature below, you can see where I started and where I am now. Actually my BPEL has measured 6 inches the last two times I checked, so that might be recorded soon if it holds.
As far as gaining quickly, I would caution you not to try to hurry or rush through your PE training. It should be viewed as a long term commitment and one tempered with caution so you don't hurt yourself and find that you are sidelined on the bench for a few weeks or more of recovery time. Lots of the more seasoned PEers have been very kind and encouraged me to be patient...and to be careful. So be optimistic...you will achieve your goals, but be careful and don't hurt yourself.
