I was feeling pretty good after the workout this morning so after the gym I decided to measure.

BPEL: 7.3 " (+.2 ")
NBPEL: 6.9 " (+.3 ")
EG: 5.2 " (+.1 ")

Only two weeks of my new routine I'm only .1" away from my NBPEL short goal! I'm pretty pumped about this. I really didn't think I would see numbers like this so soon. Oh well though we'll see what the next two weeks brings!

- Nothing really however I would like to mention that I really like my new 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine. I feel like the extra rest has been very beneficial.

- Workout went great. Last night after a 2nd session of ballooning and not cumming me and my girlfriend had sex and I swear I have never felt so hard in my life! do you recommend your ballooning sessions? do u feel it really give u an edge in your workout?

I would definitely recommend ballooning sessions. You would not believe how hard and large your dick will look! I really feel like its helped me so far. And I was not kidding about feeling like I was ballooning while fucking my girlfriend it honestly felt like that. Also I forgot to mention that night I felt like I was ballooning, that day I did 2 15 minute ballooning sessions and did not cum at the end of either one. I swear the orgasm I had with my girlfriend was the most intense orgasm I've ever had. Period. So to answer your question. Yes. I would recommend ballooning.

- Workout went pretty well but could've been better. Still happy with it though. I didn't too any bathroom stretches at all this weekend and I feel like I'm not hanging like I was. I didn't think it would make any difference but after this weekend I'd definitely say it does. Back to the bathroom stretches for me! Happy gaining!

- Awesome workout. Hardness was great throughout while I read about stocks the entire time! Pretty good I'd say.

DAMN! My first missed scheduled day this month. Just could not find the time/privacy. Oh well. I plan on doing my Thursday/Friday sessions on Friday/Saturday and then only having one day rest (Sunday). Measuring day is right around the corner!

- Workout couldn't have gone any better! I really felt like my penis was filling out more on the O-Bends. It look liked there was more girth to it than there had been on O-Bend sessions from say 2 or 3 weeks ago. Workout day tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted!

It's D-Day! Today marks the end of the first month of my latest routine. Well, it's actually tomorrow but I had some extra privacy today so I decided to take advantage of it. To recap:

Starting (before any PE):
NBPEL: 6.3"
BPEL: 6.7"
EG: 4.8"

Beginning of month:
NBPEL: 6.6"
BPEL: 7.0"
EG: 5.1"

And now for the results! After one month of the new routine the numbers are:

NBPEL: 7.0" (.4" gain)
BPEL: 7.4" (.4" gain)
EG: 5.2" (.1" gain)

Wooooo! I'm super pumped with the numbers. I definitely think my new found consistency has been the key to my gains. I've made time for PE even on days I didn't really want to. I only missed one session this month out of a possible 16 and that was due to having to work from 8am until 8pm (definitely not in the mood for PE after that). I hope people read this and find yet another success story of the wonders of PE. Sorry I am just really excited about the gains! So to sum up my gains:

Ground zero gains (before any PE):
NBPEL: +.7"
BPEL: +.7"
EG: +.4"

New routine gains:
NBPEL: +.4"
BPEL: +.4"
EG: +.1"

No seriously mate, good on you! Congratulations a lot. Those are some really nice numbers. After one month you gained so much mate. I will measure on Thursday so we'll see what my numbers are. BPEL should be around the same as yours but girth is going to be a little bit less. Actually my dick has been tired the past couple of days so I don't know how it will affect my measurement. I am taking a couple of extra days off now.

But I am happy for you mate! Keep on going and focus on reaching that big 8"! You are an inspiration for me as I am going for that magical number. I got a really huge boost now that I saw your numbers.

I tell you man those rest days are worth it. I really think taking the extra days off helped me. I was hoping for a little more girth but for one month I'm not complaining. I'm glad I could give you a little boost of inspiration. Good luck with Thursday and I'm looking forward to seeing those gains! Back to the grind!

- I feel odd rating all my workouts 10/10 but honestly I have no complaints. Hell, I read news articles on premierleague.com all morning throughout my workout and had ZERO problem with maintaining hardness. While I did gain .1" in girth over 30 days, I was hoping for a little bit more. Therefore I've modified my routine. All the Jelqs that I had been doing before are now V-Jelqs as I feel that those work girth a bit more. We'll see how things workout come March!

anyways.. i was just saying how i see some similarities but you started a little larger than me but other than that you're about a month ahead of me and i took too long of a holiday break.. but looking at how you've progressed i expect i can achieve the same.. getting to the point im learning a lot more about this and learning the most beneficial ways of doing things. im actually really glad that you commented on my log and it led me here because i just posted a thread asking about new stretches i could do for length as i just do the JPs 90 day stretches in my routine.. it seems you've done some research on advanced excercises and have been implementing them pretty successfully so i think i can probably freshen up my routine with some of this after my body plateaus from my current routine in another month or so.

you have a really well structured log going here.. i may have to start using your format for evaluating my workouts n such if you don't mind that is.. may be hard for me as i tend to just ramble whatever randomly lol

Hell yes you can man! Consistency and determination. I'm not trying to toot my own horn or be an asshole, but I really believe that commitment was why I saw these type of results. There were days where I really didn't want to do PE but I made the best of it and did the workout. I'm sure if you keep up the hard work like it looks like you have you'll keep the gains coming. And by all means please use this format. I like it very much because like you, I can ramble on. With this type of structure to my log I can keep myself focused. Also I think it makes it easier on people who are reading my log. If I change something in my routine you can easily see and read about how the change went in my notes section. Thanks again for the post I'll be sure to stay up to date on your log. Good luck red!
