Routine:
- 5 min warm up
- 3 x 30 sec Tunica tug
- 3 x 30 sec Internal Stretch
- O-Bends
- 1 x 5 3 sec V-Jelq in between each direction (Left, Right, Forward, Backward)
- 1 x 30 sec Compressor
- 1 x 10 3 sec V-Jelq
- 1 x 30 sec Compressor
- 1 x 10 3 sec V-Jelq
- 1 x 30 sec Compressor
- 15 min Ballooning
- 5 min warm down

Notes
:
- It was a little difficult to maintain an erection in the beginning, hence the 9. Other than that it was great. I really like the feeling of doing all V-Jelqs in between my sets. Much fuller feeling.

Keep up with your routine and enthusiasm but remember that pe is a marathon and not a sprint. Look back to your log when gains have slowed and remember persistence is the key!

hey impala.. i found the internal stretch and am definately adding that to my routine as I was looking for some new stretching. But I cant seem to find O bends or Tunica tugs so im not sure what they are and in what way they would help me.. if you could provide a link or explanation i'd appreciate it.

thanks again impala.. looked them over.. the o bends dont really strike me as all that compelling.. maybe because i just looked at the description and dont see how they will really benefit as much as some of the other excercises. i really like the idea behind the tunica stretch and im adding that for sure. i updated my routine on my log and am going to try it tonight to see how i like the new excercises and how it goes timewise as well.. from there i may make a few more tweaks adjusting reps or w/e

nice to have some interaction on here finally.. helps to keep up motivation. appreciate the help.

ok i should probably say that the o bend doesn't quite seem very useful to me, at this point, because im probably not grasping the idea of it completely as its a more complex excercise than most and i saw no video of it. it may come in handy down the road.. but i think the other excercises i chose are going to address my situation pretty well. i havent really had a hard time gaining girth or length for that matter.. but it feels as if i am gaining more girth in the aspect ratio.. i can feel the girth difference just holding it in my hand. its very noticeable after becoming accustomed to its previous size for so long lol.

maybe i will get to the o bend further down the road though.. i just really want some length at this point as im not really disappointed with my current girth. i'd like another half inch obviously but id rather attack another half inch of length prior to that.

Hey Impala, since you seem to be very gung ho here's one exercise you don't see on here alot but it has helped me greatly. It's called fowfers. Yea I know it sounds stupid but it works.If you can sleep naked, grab your guy and bring him as far as comfortable between your legs and just close your legs. You'll feel a nice gentle stretch. Lay like that, switching sides or even lying on your back while you're watching tv.When you wake up in the morning, just do it again for as long as you can stay in bed before getting up, getting coffee etc! It will help your length gains as well as flaccid hang and it's easy!

- While ballooning I noticed I got an extra rush of blood if I ballooned for 2 sec then while still ballooning performed a kegel. It was pretty intense and I definitely plan on continuing this in my ballooning sessions. Off days tomorrow and Sunday. Have a great weekend!
