Thank you. Yes, I'm trying to sneak some time in with the setup this coming week with the kids in school..haha. Yes, 4 lbs is often too low in terms of force so I attribute it working more to the exercises I was doing at the time than the weight itself. 4 lbs seems light over an hour. That same weight feels like an anchor after 8+ hours, trust me...( :

I have used manual and devices (extender, ADS, pump, and hanging) and after five years gained about .75” in length and slightly over 1” in girth, but over next 10 years gained vert little. Is there a cap at which each individual reaches that is difficult to exceed? Do you feel you can gain significantly more?

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your experience. Technically, there is no hard limiting factor (other than blood volume) like bones to hinder continued growth. Most guys will go for length, reach the limit of what hidden length can be freed from the body, then retire when the real work starts. That nets you .75" to as much as 1.5" before those fast gains stop. Just about any kind of stretching can get you that in a few months. After that, you are really growing new tissue and that takes dedication. As the body adapts you need new or stronger stimuli to keep the growth occurring. So that means weakening the tunica and chambers so that most of the load is then placed on the ligaments. Do that, and while slow going you can still expect to see progress like I did with shockloading and the 4 Lb ADS. As for girth, there are less limiting factors (other than tough/double tunica) than length. All of my girth routines center around pressure over time to mimic the mechanism at work in Priapism/Megallophallus victims. They suffer sometimes hours long painful erections, the result being enormous girth increases. So the longer you do girth the more and more mass you add, working in a cumulative effect and building upon each session.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback..! My wife does all the work on the site, so I will ask her to add those photos. I have a more complete gallery on my Reddit WIKI page. I was active with PE from 1996 to 2001, retired from active PE (still researching, it is my hobby..haha), then restarted PE in 2015. So sadly my old photos from the 90s are long gone along with most of my old PE gear if that's what you are looking for.

In my experience, the majority of men that seek PE deeply identify the size of their member with their worth in society. Its unfortunately an outlook that has been placed upon men with the advent of the internet more than anything else. Couple the easily (and exaggerated) images found in porn with women who now have thousands of men to choose from, and the need to compete is greater than anytime in history.

This has been my experience also. For more than a generation now many have used porn as instructional in many ways, and concepts like real love and commitment are often not even considered- or are after the fact.

Still, I truly think many are also at a level where they could manage these issues and unlearn their negative habits (and recondition themselves) if they made the effort. There's also signs people are growing discontent with the type of lifestyle this has resulted in.

What is your opinion as to the best methods to weaken the tunica in order to put more pressure on the ligaments to gain length?

interesting about girth gains post priapism. Did not know that. I have read of a few users on another forum having been using Trimix or similar to force long term erections to gain size.

I have somewhat of a background in medicine, studying to be a radiologist before switching to engineering and was a R&D medical device designer for applications including cardiac imaging. I've seen many cases where Drs will look for a band-aid approach until a better method comes along. For now air and water pumps are that band-aid. Pumps are something that they don't often think about in regards to higher pressure usage or long term effects of when they prescribe them. Drugs are the same way..they can cure, but abused over time they injure. I get countless injury reports from water pumps for example due to a lack of vacuum pressure gauge on them.

Your post #13 goes beyond "band aid and talks of negative effects . If this is the cae then much of the medical use is ill advised band aid or not . Or have I got this wrong somehow ?

Hi, the gist of my experience with the Drs, scientists, and surgeons I worked with was that they don't have the perfect solution for every problem. And so they prescribe what's currently available. In the case of pumps, they've been prescribed for over 100 years now by doctors as a go-to product for ED and other related problems. Its a very well known solution, and as such its well entrenched in the medical community. What they have only recently (last 20 years) been dealing with is the use of pumps for enlargement and the related injuries it can cause. My point being solutions can have unforeseen long term effects.

Yes, in general you have isolated and stuttering forms of priapism and both exhibit the same pressure over time being the trigger for tissue enlargement. When guys ask me how I did it, I tell them I'm essentially using a controlled version of priapism. There are a few ways to break down the tunica and there is actually a physical test you can perform to determine the level of that breakdown. I found manual or cable clamping, heavy hanging, or manual stretches to be effective at breaking down the tunica. Any exercise that can cause stress on the tunica can be useful, but I do caution that manual stretching or heavy hanging are not nearly as safe as manual clamping due to the forces involved. I use manual clamping or cable clamping. To determine your level of temporary breakdown, you would become semi-erect and then feel the sides of the shaft. Smooth shaft with ribs means tunica is still unbroken, bumpy/woven (like a knotty sweater) texture means breakdown is occurring, small granularity of the tunica means well broken down. It is also observed you don't need to fully break down the tunica for enlargement to be successful...( :

The chemical PE groups have been around since Thunders was first introduced online. While these groups are able to create the level of priapism needed, they often fall victim to the effects of the chemicals (heart and blood related complications leading to hospitalizations, etc) and misshapen penises due to the effects actual vs simulated priapism has on the shaft and glans. PE can be targeted to enlarge any part of the penis, while most chemical PE results I've seen produce a narrow base, super thick mid-shaft, and barely enlarged glans, just like actual victims exhibit.

I'm interested in the 4 pound weight you mentioned. I started using the LG 1.5 pound ring weight over a girth band and was curious how the larger weight was configured.

haha, I like the minions comment..! Its not a practice that is suggested on the forum and from the stress over time standpoint isn't considered effective on a long term basis. The best length and girth gains come from stress (pressure for girth) (tension for length) so anything that interrupts that process will usually tend to slow gains.

Hey man...!

Good to meet you here and thanks..! In truth, I've experimented with most of the methods seen in the PE world today, going from one to the next or creating my own when I hit plateaus. When I first started, the only method available in the late 90s was wet jelqing and manual stretching. I got the typical length and girth gains from those, then things stalled and I had to search for more answers. I made the mistake of switching to dry jelqing and was injured from it. That injury spurred me to create safer methods based on the observations of victims of priapism, (Megallophallus). So basically the vast majority of my gains have come from pressure over time (not reps) for girth (timed pressure holds and cable clamping) and low weight (ADS/hanger) over long hours for length. I found them to be the safest and most efficient for me over the years.
