Hey guys,

In the interest of increasing the knowledge base and communication within the PE community I'm here participating in an exchange with Big AL, who appeared in AMA on Reddit last week. I'm visiting now to answer any questions as best I can about PE. My background in PE goes back 25 years now, beginning in the 1990s. My original measurements were 5.5x4.25 (BPSFL) and are currently 9.25 BPSFL, 8.75x6.75-7 (BPEL). Cumulative time to achieve that was about 5.5 years in total. I advocate for the safest and most efficient PE methods available, so no drugs, pumping, chemicals, etc were used in my routines nor do I teach them. I'm a founding member and main moderator of Reddit's largest PE forum in 2017, with a membership currently over 50,000. I've counseled over 3500 men (2-5 new men per day, including holidays, since 2017) for free. I've been interviewed by both Men's Health Magazine and the BBC. Lastly, I'm also the author of the books, Monster 101 (Advice from a PE Veteran) and Monster 101 EVEN BIGGER. Glad to be here and help any way I can. Hey man...!

Good to meet you here and thanks..! In truth, I've experimented with most of the methods seen in the PE world today, going from one to the next or creating my own when I hit plateaus. When I first started, the only method available in the late 90s was wet jelqing and manual stretching. I got the typical length and girth gains from those, then things stalled and I had to search for more answers. I made the mistake of switching to dry jelqing and was injured from it. That injury spurred me to create safer methods based on the observations of victims of priapism, (Megallophallus). So basically the vast majority of my gains have come from pressure over time (not reps) for girth (timed pressure holds and cable clamping) and low weight (ADS/hanger) over long hours for length. I found them to be the safest and most efficient for me over the years.

In your experience, what's the main motivation behind men wanting to perform male enhancement training?

Hey Al..!

In my experience, the majority of men that seek PE deeply identify the size of their member with their worth in society. Its unfortunately an outlook that has been placed upon men with the advent of the internet more than anything else. Couple the easily (and exaggerated) images found in porn with women who now have thousands of men to choose from, and the need to compete is greater than anytime in history.

Oh of course pumping does provide results, but at a much slower rate than other methods such as manual or cable clamping. Modern air and water pumps are very popular due to their marketing as fast enlargement devices, which they simply can’t deliver on. Exactly like their 100 year old predecessors, they simply create a vacuum which inevitably draws in edema and thus focusing the vacuum force on the outer skin and not the shaft beneath where it could be beneficial. The skin will yield to vacuum force far easier than the shaft will. So traditional pumping is inefficient at causing the necessary internal pressures needed to expand the 3 penile chambers and glans beyond their normal capacity and thus cause the growth mechanism that permanently enlarges the penis. I address the downsides of pumping in the other reply. Thanks..!

To elaborate on the other reply about pumping, I am generally against traditional pumping due to its time inefficiency and negative impact the practice has on erection quality. I know many long term pumpers, and while they have increased their length and girth that size is skewed from the huge amount of edema and skin stretching they produce. The vacuum pressure applied to the pelvic wall/floor will at first increase erection quality. Then quite often weaken the muscles and floor to the point where I've seen too many pumpers who rely on the pump and a cockring just to become erect. Just my opinion of course.

So you feel the mainstream medical use of pumps to combat ed is misguided ?

So you feel the mainstream medical use of pumps to combat ed is misguided ?

I have somewhat of a background in medicine, studying to be a radiologist before switching to engineering and was a R&D medical device designer for applications including cardiac imaging. I've seen many cases where Drs will look for a band-aid approach until a better method comes along. For now air and water pumps are that band-aid. Pumps are something that they don't often think about in regards to higher pressure usage or long term effects of when they prescribe them. Drugs are the same way..they can cure, but abused over time they injure. I get countless injury reports from water pumps for example due to a lack of vacuum pressure gauge on them.

Yes,

At first, not knowing any better I used manual stretching. Simply stretched outward in the direction/angle I wanted my erection to be at and held it as long as I could in one position. Once that was exhausted, I tried everything from the old noose style extenders (AVOID them at all costs) to BIB hanger (nerve damage), to heavy hanging (up to 45 lbs) with something now known as the Shopping Bag Hanger (place weights in bag, place on wrist like a watch, then grip penis with the hand with the bag hung on it.

Finally I stumbled onto something called the Circle Device. Sold by D. France, it was a ring clamp-like device made of medical grade pewter that weighed 1/2 to 2 lbs. You could wear it under clothing and was billed as allowing you to gain 1" over 1 year of daily wear. It was the first true ADS (All Day Stretcher). Being a mechanical designer type, I wasn't satisfied with that so I added car wheel balancing weights to it...until it weighed 4 lbs. I then proceeded to wear that whenever possible for 12-16 hours every day for months. No blisters, no injury risks, no need to remove to urinate, super long wear times. Gained about 1.5" beyond the 1" or so newbie length gains in about a 3-4 month window, combined with girth exercises that weakened my tunica and chambers (shockloading). I have used Shopping Bag Hanger and the Wrecking Ball for the latest set of length gains.

The Circle Device was discontinued back in the mid 2000s. For the modern PE crowd, I created the Wrecking Ball, an up to date version of the Circle Device that can be made at home with a DIY guide from available parts online. The company LG Hanger Inc now sells a weighted ring and girth band combo that is very similar for those interested in the concept. I will be reviewing it soon on the AJFY forum on Reddit.

Kegels are great if done in moderation, since they cn be done too strongly and in some cases result in pelvic floor dysfunction.

I have used manual and devices (extender, ADS, pump, and hanging) and after five years gained about .75” in length and slightly over 1” in girth, but over next 10 years gained vert little. Is there a cap at which each individual reaches that is difficult to exceed? Do you feel you can gain significantly more?
