Come on we're past that stage. My HF is gone, I don't have a tight PF anymore because I can get erections now (my pf issues came AFTER I got ED from the trauma). Honestly I was really happy but it's 100% clear something is not right, and I can't push it off to bloodflow issues anymore.
I have all the red flags for ligament tear, I can feel a slight dip above my shaft as well. Last thing I want is neglect this after I regained my ability to get erections.
I'm just looking for advice from people who know about ligament tears. Shame my new thread got merged with this, as this is now my only symptom and will now be buried under old info.
I think it was the right thing to do to merge your posts. You are now reporting that your erections are normal and no pelvic floor issues. The new alleged symptoms you are reporting still extend from your alleged milking (jelqing) injury from what you've said here:
After an injury due to jelqing erect, I'm suffering from a loose base. While fully erect, I can move my penis left to right. My balls also hang loose. Also my erection points more upwards. All symptoms of PSL injury.
Has anyone had a similar injury or know about PSL injuries? Is this something that can recover with time?
PSL = penis suspensory ligament. Right?
You don't have a suspensory ligament injury. Rest assured. That is NOT what you are dealing with. The observations you report are not consistent with a suspensory ligament tear. Your erection should not point more upwards. This is the ligament they cut in phalloplasty augmentation surgeries to cause apparent elongation - the penis would be hanging lower and away from the body. Your reported observations aren't even consistent on their own. Testicles are NOT suspended by this ligament, but by the spermatic cords and cremester muscles which insert into the lower abdomen.
You're also not reporting pain which should be expected with a ligament tear. Also from what you've described as to how you incurred this injury, it is completely out of the question. It doesn't make sense that just one milking stroke during erection would tear such a sturdy and resilient ligament in the body. No way.
What you have is either something that doesn't exist at all, or it's something you've just never noticed about your body before.
There are too many of us with too many years of experience with various stretching and squeezing techniques to follow your lead on this. You are also outclassed as an anatomist or physiologist. Not just by us but by the professionals you say you have paid for consultation. Please take the advice you are getting. I think that first urologist was as right as anybody can ever be about what's going on with you.
