You are doing what too many guys do and it won't help. It will simply make things worse. You are reading posts to try and find an answer to what is wrong and then thinking "Oh that's what I have"! Bad idea. Now you have nerve damage yet you have no idea of how tough nerves actually are and about the only way to get nerve damage is either to hang a Chevy off your dick or jelq with a chainsaw. If you keep reading you may think you have a torn Bucks fascia; that's one of my favorites.
I am sure you have heard of the term growth spurts.. You see healing, growth is not a straight line thing. It's more like a wave; you get a bit better, it stays that way for a bit then a bit better more and so on.
You wrote a post yesterday that things were looking up and then one day later everything sucks and you have nerve damage. As you heal you'll get highs and lows but it will heal. It's your brain that that needs to heal and chill!

<snip>..... I'm mostly definitely not getting back into PE. I would be blessed if I ever recover.

I do believe you will enjoy a full recovery in time. Maybe seek distractions and intense physical activity until then? :)

Thanks for the good wishes everyone.

I woke up again in the middle of the night with a nocturnal erection. It felt weird, not very pleasurable.

Few minutes later the erection went away and my penis turtled.. it feels more numb now.. Im trying to get my mind off of it but its really hard when it keeps reminding me.

Is it possible I did potentially more damage because of the erections Ive been having?

If I was you I would go see someone about anxiety. If your getting nocturnal erections and morning wood it's probably not physiological. The best thing that helped me make gains is getting on a ssri and not giving a fuck anymore and just stick to the routine and be happy. Also maybe check your testosterone levels. Watch zero porn and don't jack off. My dick has felt lifeless before from doing PE and jerking off 3 or 4 times a day plus sex. He can't handle that much. Good luck.

Thanks for your input. Have you had a similar injury where the shaft became numb? How long did it take to recover?

Today after work out I felt some stinging in the left side of my shaft and in the base/pelvic floor. Just 1 or 2 stings, and my the left side of my shaft is sore.

Can anyone tell me if this is a good or a bad sign?

I also notice my shaft sometimes feels hard, and other times it's soft. It's switching throughout the day it seems.

I would guess that it's neither good nor bad.

I think you might be needlessly worrying, probably hyper-focused on what's going on with your penis.

Your pelvic floor is spasmed. You don't have nerve damage. You have compression upon nerves from the spasm causing numbness. You are worrying too much. A urologist is worthless. A pelvic floor specialist is worth more than their weight in gold.

Your pelvic floor needs therapy and rehabilitation. The duration of such is different per individual.

Have you seen a pelvic floor specialist?

Don't give up hope. Stay sane. The spasm is nothing. Speaking of nothing, where is that darn thread.

Follow Cusp's advice. Take 3 weeks and don't touch it other than to piss.

I had a lymphocele issue from jelqing too hard when erect and it took probably closer to 4-6 weeks. But after that it healed up and was fine. Give it lots of time to heal first...

I have an appointment for a PF specialist in a bit over 2 weeks. I truly hope you're right and it will be a big help. Thanks for your input.

Yeah I've been resting, and will keep doing so. But I still want to educate myself more when I can.

Thanks for sharing your experience. What were your symptoms with the lymphocele?

lymphocele was a long string of bumps - almost like beads under the skin. It was very noticeable when erect.

Good luck!

After an injury due to jelqing erect, I'm suffering from a loose base. While fully erect, I can move my penis left to right. My balls also hang loose. Also my erection points more upwards. All symptoms of PSL injury.

Has anyone had a similar injury or know about PSL injuries? Is this something that can recover with time?

Threads merged.

Bolacc, you had other similar threads on the subject of your injury. Please keep your updates to this thread.
The other one I agreed but this one was aimed more towards PSL, not necessarily related to my injury. But whatever.

PSL?

Bro you're driving yourself crazy. Stop googling stuff. Get some fresh air. Let us know what the PF specialist says.

Come on we're past that stage. My HF is gone, I don't have a tight PF anymore because I can get erections now (my pf issues came AFTER I got ED from the trauma). Honestly I was really happy but it's 100% clear something is not right, and I can't push it off to bloodflow issues anymore.

I have all the red flags for ligament tear, I can feel a slight dip above my shaft as well. Last thing I want is neglect this after I regained my ability to get erections.

I'm just looking for advice from people who know about ligament tears. Shame my new thread got merged with this, as this is now my only symptom and will now be buried under old info.

Erections are possible with a tight PF.

Rest heals ligament tears.
