Oh no there was a lot of info there, but I sort of deleted it in a fit of depression. Yeah, I don't know why I do that either.
I am 24, 6' 3'', and the last time I weighed myself, 2-3 weeks ago, I was 305 lbs., which is 15 less then when I started.
My normal daily food in take usually goes along these lines.
Breakfast - Cereal and an apple. (200-300 calories)
Lunch - Sandwich, salad, and an apple. (500-700 calories) If I am at work I usually have myself a diet green tea Arizona and a protein bar (180 calories from only the bar) just to get me through the day.
Dinner - This can be lunch and can be like I am at work, but sometimes I have what the nurse that takes care of my mother cooks. If it is pretty bad I have very little of it or only one serving of each, unless vegetables are made then I will have plenty. (Various calorie number)
If dinner happens to be my work meal then when I get home it is what lunch would be and nothing that was cooked. Maybe a bowl of cereal before bed if I am hungry enough.
The last few days I was doing pretty bad because I just couldn't care because of various reasons.
I try and always use whole wheat bread and lite version of dressings and try and watch how much I am using.
