Flaccid was good today, very little turtling in the morning when I got a bit chilly. Had some random boners during the day. Feeling kinda horny lately. Not enough sleep again.

Workout 12 –12.08.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 5 min warm up with hot soaked towel
12 JAI stretches
28 (10, 9, 9) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
21 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Towel raises – 1x15 w/ light shirt
Edging – 35 min
Kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 120 sec, 40 sec reverse.

Notes:
I overslept a lot today, seems that the lack of sleep these days finally got me. Also I feel a little sick today, like a cold or something. Anyways I went to work, finished a lot of stuff, in the evening I went to the gym and trained like a machine. Today my flaccid was good, had some semiboners during the day. I should be monitoring my PI very carefully now as the intensity of my session gets higher. I got pretty good expansion on the squeezes and I got a few small spots. After the stretches my ligs and shaft felt pretty worked. During the edging it felt worked, I lost some wood while edging, not sure if it’s because I’m tired and a little sick or my dick is too tired. Depending on how I feel next couple of days and the results I measure this weekend I might cut back my routine a little.

Today no MW. Flaccid turtled just a little after I got up and started hurrying to do some stuff. I measured – BPEL 15.75cm – a little less, MEG 12.45cm – good increase in EG but very small in EL. Considering that my EQ is a bit lower and I get more turtled here and there and my penis feels a bit tired (e.g. losing some erection while edging) I think I should back off a little on the stretching, I’ll probably back off a little on the squeezes too. I’ll think of how to change things up, but I’ll definitely back off some.

Going easy today – reducing the reps with ~25% because I feel I’m overdoing – my EQ is a bit worse and my flaccid seems to turtle a little more often (just to make it more clear – by turtle here I mean just a little excess flaccidity). My penis still feels kinda tired. During my workout at the gym I turtled a lot, but it was pretty intense session with high rep squats. I may take some time off to recover fully.

After a some thought and discussing with Big Al I decided to take my layoff week now. I intended to make 6 weeks of training this cycle, but 4 is good, for some people this seems to be the optimal. I'll be beck in PEing next Monday or Sunday. So far for the 4 weeks I gained 0.1" both in BPEL and MEG, after the layoff some more gains might appear after I recover fully. I'll make a plan for my next cycle. I'll probably try to increase the intensity and reps slower and make 5-6 weeks to see if this brings more gains. During the layoff the only PE related thing I'll be doing is edging 2-3 times. Good luck to all!

Here are some thought for my plan for the next cycle. I discussed with Big Al my what I thought and he gave me some very nice tips which will reduce significantly the time of my sessions and will help with recovery.

- I'll do shorter warmups (5-7 min) because as it seems too much warm up will tire the penis. 5 min is plenty with a good heated towel.
- For girth the squeezes are doing good job so far, I'm very happy and I'll stick with them. I'll be slowly increasing the intensity and reps.
- For length I'll stick to the tension stretch as it seems this works for me, I just have to find the best intensity and slowly work up the reps. I'll also do ruler stretch instead of TS every 2-3 weeks to mix things up and to gauge my intensity.
- I'll reduce the edging to about 20 minutes. Seems that more might not be better, especially for recovery. 20 minutes is plenty, so I'll try this and see how it goes.
- I'll probably drop the kegels from my routine and stick only to towel raises and I'll progress on them - they are a lot more fun and there is no need to do 2 exercises for the same purpose. Lets see how this goes.

Of course I'll start my next cycle with intensity and reps at about the middle of what I increased during my last cycle. I'm thinking of 18-19 squeezes and 14-15 stretches depending on how it feels on my first session.

The next cycle will probably start on Monday. Hopefully by then I may get a bit more gains from the extra recovery time at least from better EQ.

So this is the plan for now. Of course some little tweaks will probably be done along the way. Hopefully this will bring me some nice gains.

Another note for my next cycle:
Since currently I want more length I'll try to put the focus there. I'll try to do the stretching before the girth work for a week or two and see how this goes.

Last couple of days EQ seems good. Even better today. Can’t remember if I had wood this morning – I didn’t sleep much, but I got quite a few random boners, most weren’t ‘raging’ but some were pretty good. I’m a bit pressured in work right now. For now I’ll be keeping my PE session away from my gym session, i.e. in different days, or if it happens on the same day I’ll do PE first and after a decent rest I’ll go to the gym.

A bit stressful day today. Also I was at a party after work and got back home around 1:30a.m. and this is when I did my session. Pretty sleepy, but still I decided it’s better to do my session. Today I had a lot of stuff on my mind but from what I noticed I think my flaccid was good all day and a few semi boners. On the session - stretches started a bit clumsy because I couldn’t get a good grip but this way they started lighter and later when I pushed more blood in the glans and I got a better grip the intensity increased. After the session my penis feels worked, but not too tired. I noticed a few tiny red dots on my shaft and a tiny dark dot on the glans. I’m very tired and sleepy so I’m going straight to bed after the session.

Busy and stressful day. Very stressful, I got very pissed off at the end of the day. Overall my flaccid seem nice, except for some turtling in the morning when I was taking a shower and it was cold. Had a few semi boners but nothing much. In the morning my ligs felt a bit sore.

Sure hope so :) As log as they are not sore for too long it should be fine (the soreness is long gone now, I felt it just yesterday morning a little but it was gone by and forgotten by lunch). I think if the soreness is mild and not for longer than 24h it can be considered a positive sign.

Notes:
Today my flaccid was fine all day, didn’t notice any turtling or anything. I had just a few sami boners and I think a couple of full boners. I’m pretty tired, underslept and a bit stressed. I should start taking some time relaxing and meditating a little. After stretching my penis felt worked. A few red dots appeared from the squeezes and one bigger red spot on my foreskin. My loads seem to be bigger and a to shoot stronger at the end of the edging, last few time there were small accidents because I didn’t expect so much and with such force to get shot. Cool. My EQ seems pretty good despite the stress. My session was again done pretty late at night and I’m again not getting enough sleep. I think I’m doing the stretching a bit slow, with the rests between sets it takes about 25 minutes to do all the reps. I should try to cut it to no more than 1 min per rep.

Slept well tonight, I feel a lot better after about 11 hours of sleep (been getting less than 6 all week). Had a MW. Flaccid was good today, turtled while I was training, but it was pretty hardcore training today. I masturbated some in the afternoon – more like edging for about 20-25 min.

No MW I think, I didn’t sleep too much or too good. Flaccid seems good though. The stretches started not so good as my grip slipped a little on the first 2-3 reps but this allowed me to work up the intensity over the reps, I maxed it at around 8th rep. When I started edging my penis was feeling a little sore. Have some red dots after the session. Overall feeling good, EQ seems ok, but can be better. Feel just a bit worked after this session.

Slept ok, but not quite enough. Flaccid was good all day except for a little turtling in the beginning of the morning shower and the workout at the gym. I can remember only one full random erection. Things feel fine.
