Workout 12 –12.08.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 5 min warm up with hot soaked towel
12 JAI stretches
28 (10, 9, 9) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
21 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Towel raises – 1x15 w/ light shirt
Edging – 35 min
Kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 120 sec, 40 sec reverse.
Notes:
I overslept a lot today, seems that the lack of sleep these days finally got me. Also I feel a little sick today, like a cold or something. Anyways I went to work, finished a lot of stuff, in the evening I went to the gym and trained like a machine. Today my flaccid was good, had some semiboners during the day. I should be monitoring my PI very carefully now as the intensity of my session gets higher. I got pretty good expansion on the squeezes and I got a few small spots. After the stretches my ligs and shaft felt pretty worked. During the edging it felt worked, I lost some wood while edging, not sure if it’s because I’m tired and a little sick or my dick is too tired. Depending on how I feel next couple of days and the results I measure this weekend I might cut back my routine a little.
