I got VERY drunk tonight and I'm home at 7:50 AM after all night of drinking with a couple of friends. I had a great time! I'll probably feel like crap in the morning but I needed this time.

Oh yeah, I know that. Haven't even thought of PEing while drunken. I'll PE after I get some decent sleep and after I train in the gym and get at least a couple of meals and etc. If I had someone to have sex with now it would be awesome probably... Anyways.. I'll go to sleep in a few minutes, just to get my head a bit better and to consume more water.

Gosh what were you drinking??
I was drinking last night just a little bit sick as a dog today . I made myself throwup but I kept dry heaving. I'm better now I can't wait to PE tomorrow. The drinks I was drinking were a JOOSE and a Sparks Plus.

Oh dude,
I started the evening with a bit of mochito, and then I drank a total of 0.5l for the evening of a strong (>40%) alcohol with a strange name, typical for my country - rakia (look it up in wikipedia). I didn't get sick - it was high quality drink, but I was drunk, a lot. I fell on the bed this morning when I wrote my last post and seems that I slept till now. I try to relax and sleep a bit more, but I think I won't be able to - I feel a bit dehydrated and a bit anxious - this happens after drinking so much and having to do a lot of stuff and having other sh*t that bothers you. I'll chill today and later I'll do some PE.

Thanks mael! LOL! I usually have a problem with doing moderate stuff, I always tend to go for extremes (brightest example is in the gym where I train like crazy) and I put a lot of effort not to do it because I've suffered from this. Well I think I'm getting wiser with time but I still do some crazy sh*t sometimes, especially when I decide to change something in me. But with PE it's definitely a bad idea to go crazy and do extreme stuff!

Workout 07 –01.08.2010
Routine:
5 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 6 min warm up with hot soaked towel
11 JAI stretches
22 (7, 7, 8) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
17 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Edging – 40 min
Later in the evening – kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 120 sec, 40 sec reverse.

Notes:
After two days of drinking way too much alcohol I feel better than expected. My penis seems well. Yesterday I measured 15.7cm BPEL and 12.3-4cm MEG and today I measured again, BPEL was the same, MEG was more like 12.4 so I think this is a nice gain for 2 weeks. Today I did my session before I went to the gym, but I left the kegels for later because I lacked time. During edging at one point while I was reading my penis expanded a lot, good stuff. Later in the evening my flaccid feels just a little shorter, like very minor turtling, this tells me that I’ve probably pulled a bit too hard on the stretches. I’ll do ~10min fowfer when I go to bed and tomorrow my flaccid should be ok. Next session I won’t pull harder, maybe just a bit lighter, and I’ll try to be more relaxed while stretching.

My flaccid was relativelt ok today, it feels maybe just a little bit worked, barely noticeable only when I think about it. I had some semi erection during the day. Feeling tired and sleepy. Going to bed earlier, I hope 7-8h of sleep will fix me.

Extra sleep is always good. For some reason I can't get to bed at night, gonna try to change that as well. Time just flies by at night, I think it's because we eat so goddamn late in my house..

Anyways, I had made the switch to erotic stories for a week or two, but I failed and succumbed to porn again.. :( Boo.

Yep sleep is good. I've found that 8-8.5 hours are the optimal amount of sleep for me - I feel great if I can get that much sleep. But during the week I usually eat late too, because I train late and time just flies as you said..

Yeah, I know what you mean. Don't worry, it'll take some time and it won't happen just like that, but we'll eventually lose interest in porn.

How often do you measure Gosh?? Is there special signs to tell you to measure ect???

No signs there. Sometimes if I feel/look bigger while edging or something I'd measure. I actually measure pretty often cause I just want to see how things are going from workout to workout. I usually do it while I'm edging after a session, and this way I'd have some idea if I'm going to see gains when I do my official measurement. I track in a log only the "official" measurements which are done without edging. But there is no need to measure more often than once in a couple of weeks, maybe in one week in the beginning, but changes are hard to notice if you measure so often and you might get a bit frustrated. I'd suggest measuring once every 2 weeks so can have a good idea how things are going. I should really do the same myself, but I just can't resist it.

Had a little morning wood today. Flaccid was good, seemed fatter. I felt the pull on the stretches pretty good without maxing the force, I think I felt just a little bit sore in the ligs but it felt ok. I did the stretches in a bit more downward direction. While edging my penis expanded a lot. My penis definitely feels worked after this session. I’ll do a 5-10 min fowfer when I go to bed. I feel a bit sleepy today, but definitely better than yesterday, but I need more rest.

Woke up with a good flaccid, no morning wood, probably because I don’t sleep enough I rarely get a MW, usually if I get my optimal 8h of sleep I have a good wood, but these days I sleep about 6h. Flaccid was good today, nothing unusual. Feeling good physically.

Man if I don't sleep at least 7 hours I don't get out of bed.. I sleep walk over to my alarm and turn that sh*t off. It sucks, I've been trying to change that but it's just like instinct now. Boo.

Yeah I hear you when I was working I would get maybe max 4 to 5 hrs of sleep then do 8 to 12 hr day of work at the power coal plants.
The most I worked in a 2 weeks was 175 hours.
