Workout 07 –01.08.2010
Routine:
5 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 6 min warm up with hot soaked towel
11 JAI stretches
22 (7, 7, 8) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
17 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Edging – 40 min
Later in the evening – kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 120 sec, 40 sec reverse.
Notes:
After two days of drinking way too much alcohol I feel better than expected. My penis seems well. Yesterday I measured 15.7cm BPEL and 12.3-4cm MEG and today I measured again, BPEL was the same, MEG was more like 12.4 so I think this is a nice gain for 2 weeks. Today I did my session before I went to the gym, but I left the kegels for later because I lacked time. During edging at one point while I was reading my penis expanded a lot, good stuff. Later in the evening my flaccid feels just a little shorter, like very minor turtling, this tells me that I’ve probably pulled a bit too hard on the stretches. I’ll do ~10min fowfer when I go to bed and tomorrow my flaccid should be ok. Next session I won’t pull harder, maybe just a bit lighter, and I’ll try to be more relaxed while stretching.
