Workout 09 –05.08.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 6 min warm up with hot soaked towel
12 JAI stretches
25 (9, 8, 8) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
19 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Towel raises – 1x10 w/ light shirt
Edging – 50 min
Kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 60 sec, 40 sec reverse.
Notes:
No woodies in the morning, just a little during the day. Flaccid seemed ok, not as pumped as yesterday though. I’m starting to take smaller steps on the squeezes to make sure I don’t overdo, for now I’ll be increasing them with 1 rep every workout. Stretching felt good – intense but not too much, I think I was pulling with about the right force, the penis seemed longer. I thought about doing ruler stretches, but I’ll leave them for next week. I got a bit carried away edging.. oh well.. :> I read a couple of stories and used some imagination, but in the last 20 minutes I watched some porn. Feeling tired, not enough sleep lately..
