175 hours in 2 weeks... that is some serious sh*t..
There are weeks when I'm getting 4-5h of sleep too because of lots of stuff going on, I don't like this sh*t..

Workout 09 –05.08.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 6 min warm up with hot soaked towel
12 JAI stretches
25 (9, 8, 8) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
19 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
Towel raises – 1x10 w/ light shirt
Edging – 50 min
Kegels - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 60 sec, 40 sec reverse.

Notes:
No woodies in the morning, just a little during the day. Flaccid seemed ok, not as pumped as yesterday though. I’m starting to take smaller steps on the squeezes to make sure I don’t overdo, for now I’ll be increasing them with 1 rep every workout. Stretching felt good – intense but not too much, I think I was pulling with about the right force, the penis seemed longer. I thought about doing ruler stretches, but I’ll leave them for next week. I got a bit carried away edging.. oh well.. :> I read a couple of stories and used some imagination, but in the last 20 minutes I watched some porn. Feeling tired, not enough sleep lately..

Yeah just imagined diong that for like 4 months straight 12 hr.days for 7 seven days a week no days off. You could pick dayshift or nightshift . I always pick day shift because I'am awake more during the day. Night shift I tend to get really tired after 4 hours.

Damn danner.. That's freaking tough. I used to work on a couple of places in similar stress conditions, but I was there only for a week or two during summer break when I was in school. I can't imagine working like this for 4 months...

A little wood this morning. Flaccid was good. During the day I had a little woodies, nothing spectacular. I’m very sleepy and tired today, last couple of days I got only 4h of sleep a night. Tonight I drank two beers with friends. Hopefully tonight I’ll get 10-12h of sleep to refresh myself.

Slept good and woke up with a good wood, not overly massive and expanded, but ok. I usually turtle during my workout when it gets more intense. After the workout when the blood starts to flow back there my hang is ok.
I ejaculate after every edging session. I don't think there is any benefit in holding it.

Flaccid was good, feeling horny, had some night and morning wood. I didn’t sleep well, I was nervous because I went out with my ex last night and I had some strange dreams tonight so I’m a little dizzy today. I’m trying to increase a little the intensity on the squeezes by using a bit higher EL and if it’s not high enough I try to bring my hands together while squeezing. I decided to do ruler stretches today instead of TS, they are more intense so I’m doing a little less. I stretched up to 16.5-16.8cm the most with the ruler on the side of my penis (from there I get a bit bigger measurements and also I cannot put it on top with my ligaments stretched ya know). I watched porn for my session, during the edging I got a bit distracted and lost some erection but I got it back up. I felt bigger while edging. My penis feels worked after this session, as in all sessions lately. Later after the workout in the gym I had a nice hang, even a little spontaneous boner when I got home, during the workout (after the PE session) I didn’t turtle as much as usual. After the last set my girth was almost 13cm! A few dark-red dots appeared on my shaft after squeezing. I was a bit tired and got distracted while edging and lost some wood but regained it. Hey Gosh when you say turtled what does that mean exactly to you?? Does that mean you shirveled up?? or just lost some flaccid like 1/2 inch or more. I'm curoius what other people think there definination of turtling?? Thanks.

by turtled I mean there is less blood than usual, which means smaller flaccid - up to about 1cm smaller than what I usually see. I call it turtling when I see retraction of 0.5cm or more.

Well less than an inch, I consider 0.25" loss a little turtling and 0.5" or more is definitely turtling, but here I should note that my flaccid is relatively small so percent-wise this kind of loss is bigger for me. I'm definitely a grower with BPFL of around 4" (NBP is ~3.25). I hope one day to have a 5.5+" flaccid that would scare the sh*t out of the nurses when I go to a doctor :p
