Workout 07 – 26.04.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up (4 with hot wrap, 6 - shower)
26 (2x10, 1x6) squeezes – at 50-75% EL
270 (2x100, 1x70) side to side stretches
4 min cool down with shower
15 min hot shower
~40 min rest
~30 min edging (with porn)

Kegels:
In the morning while going to work – 20 quick (1sec), 1 20sec, 1 40sec, 1 50sec, 1 60sec.
Later in the evening before the session – 20 quick, 1 20sec, 1 50sec, 1 70sec, 1 100sec, 1 60sec.

Notes:
The spot is almost completely gone, barely noticeable signs of it. So I decided to do my session tonight. I wasn’t too hard on my penis when squeezing. I feel just a little worked after the session.
My flaccid was nice today after I did the morning kegels, they seem to help a lot my flaccid fullness.
I really have to do something about my bad sleeping habits. I’m not sleeping enough and this leads to more stress which except for all other bad things leads to less gains. I should organize my schedule more and don’t lose time in the evening instead of sleeping.

Notes:
The small spots from moday’s session were gone, just one was barely noticeable. My unit feels worked. I felt that I should start progressing with smaller steps, since my penis starts to feel more tired from the sessions. So from today I’m increasing the squeezes with 1 rep every other workout and from the next session the stretches will be increased with only 3 reps every workout.
I had to regrip after 80 reps on the first set of stretches and after 58 on the second since my grip was tired from the workout earlier.
My flaccid wasn’t its best today, but was plumped pretty often. Had some wood this morning. I think I’m getting hornier than usual (as for the last ~5 months) around girls.
Other notes:
Training – deadlifts, sprinting. Clean food, calories are pretty low now, I should bump them up a little since I’ve lost a lot of strength the last workouts.

The spots were barely noticeable today so I did my workout. I did the session a lot earlier today cause I had to go out tonight. Did it in a hurry. Probably from bad grip on the stretches a dark dot appeared on my glans, but it doesn’t hurt or anything, hopefully it will go away within 24h. Some dots appeared on my skin from the squeezes. I tried to do the squeezes a bit differently – instead of squeezing both hands at the same time I first squeeze the hand at the base then the one at the glans immediately after. Also a bigger spot appeared on the left side of my shaft (the earlier spots were on the right). No time for edging tonight.
Flaccid was ok today after the kegels in the morning. Had one spontaneous very hard erection during the day.

Still not watching porn. I might do some edging later tonight without porn and I will try not to cum so that I’ll be hornier tomorrow.

I too have gotten the small dots on my glans from stretching, those are busted blood vessels and typically go away between 1-3 days!

After rescheduling I’m starting the week with an off day. Slept only 4h tonight but I felt ok. My flaccid turtuled in the morning but most of the day it was good. Had some random erections during the day.

Flaccid was a bit turtled in the morning and turtled a few times while working out in the gym. The lack of sleep and the stress have decreased my EQ. I had problems getting the initial erection for the squeezes and had to wack it in a fast pace but with light grip, I blame the lack of sleep and stress for this. I felt a little painful pull on the left side of my ligs on the first set of stretches pulling with the left hand (the dick twists a bit to the right this way), but it went away. I’m trying to maintain a good strong pull but not too hard to rip my dick.
Other notes:
Clean food, low calories, very low carbs. Training – military press, dips, chins – good workout. Lack of sleep and lots of nervousness, but I’m staying cool.

Notes:
Flaccid was ok today, often plumped, sometimes a little shortened to my usual length. Seems that it’s getting fatter.
I got distracted after the first set of stretches but the workout was fine. Had some trouble getting the erection for the squeezes again.
Yesterday I edged some ~20 min. I had trouble getting erect using only my imagination got to about 75%, so I watched porn for ~2min and got 101% hard while stimulating. Then I stopped the porn and the erection stayed at ~95%.
Other notes:
I gradually increasing the calories by adding more carbs now. I feel the diet is now stressing my body too much and this affects my EQ. I think that more than 30lbs lost is ok for now.

Keeping the carbs enough to feel good. Training – bench press, very weak.

So I finished my first 5 weeks with the new program. The total gains are .11" in BPEL and almost .1" in EG. Most of the gains came in the first couple of weeks, so now I'll analyze (with Big Al's help) what I messed up and I'll make some changes to maximize the gains for the next cycle. I'm having a layoff week now. Despite the small gains, I'm happy that there are any, and especially that I saw for the first time since I PE some girth gains. Hopefully in the next cycle I'll gain better.

Today is the last rest day from the layoff period. Tomorrow I'm starting the new cycle. The routine will be basically the same.

I measured yesterday and today as it's the end of the layoff week and as it seems I've gained some girth during the rest - it seems to be more than 1mm, the length is about the same. So now my measurements are 6.11 BPEL and 4.84 MEG.

Since I started training after the layoff my EQ isn’t as high, but there are some other stress factors too. My flaccid stays nice and full lately. No random full erections lately. Decided to do a bit more stretches because I feel I should increase them some more.

I’m having the rest of the week off. The reason is because I had some EQ problems which were mainly in my head but I had to concentrate on getting that fixed. On Thursday I couldn’t get erect enough to have sex with my girl but after getting my head together on Friday I had sex with her for about an hour without me cumming. The next day we did the same for about an hour and a half, and in the morning again for a couple of 40 min sessions. So now I feel a lot better and next week I’ll restart my cycle, considering this week as an unscheduled layoff.
In the next cycle I’ll make a few changes, mainly I’ll change the stretching exercise since the side to side stretches don’t seem to work good for me, I’ll be doing tension stretches. I think I've gained some more girth though, the squeezes are great.

My flaccid seems fatter, looks shorter but it’s not. My confidence and libido are way up after this weekend with my girl. After the session my penis feels worked. Lots of dark dots appeared on my glans after the stretches (I suppose the stretches are the main reason since then a lot of pressure build up in the head from the blood that gets trapped when pulling). I should probably wait till they are gone before doing another session.

Lately I've been very busy with work and my girlfriend and stuff and I don't have much time to post in my online log, but I keep track of my workouts and I'm doing my best to be as consistent as possible.
In about a week I'll measure but I don't expect much gains this time.

Hi guys,

I haven't had much time to update my log here. Right now I'm doing a three-week break, because I have way too much on my head right now - mainly I have a very important exam next week and I want to be 100% concentrated on it. Also after that I'll be moving to a new place to live for 2-3 months and I'll have more privacy and time for PE. I hope this break serves as good deconditioning and I make some good gains when I start again. During the break I'm doing some JAI stretches from time to time and some edging and kegels. So far my size hasn't changed much, the length is about the same, but I think I've lost a little of the gained girth. I can't wait to start again and get back on the road to my goal for this year (7x5.25).
