Workout 07 – 26.04.2010
Routine:
10 min warm up (4 with hot wrap, 6 - shower)
26 (2x10, 1x6) squeezes – at 50-75% EL
270 (2x100, 1x70) side to side stretches
4 min cool down with shower
15 min hot shower
~40 min rest
~30 min edging (with porn)
Kegels:
In the morning while going to work – 20 quick (1sec), 1 20sec, 1 40sec, 1 50sec, 1 60sec.
Later in the evening before the session – 20 quick, 1 20sec, 1 50sec, 1 70sec, 1 100sec, 1 60sec.
Notes:
The spot is almost completely gone, barely noticeable signs of it. So I decided to do my session tonight. I wasn’t too hard on my penis when squeezing. I feel just a little worked after the session.
My flaccid was nice today after I did the morning kegels, they seem to help a lot my flaccid fullness.
I really have to do something about my bad sleeping habits. I’m not sleeping enough and this leads to more stress which except for all other bad things leads to less gains. I should organize my schedule more and don’t lose time in the evening instead of sleeping.
Other notes:
Clean food, trying to reduce a little more the calories now. No training.

Some wood this morning. Flaccid was ok most of the time. Training – military, dips, chins. Restricting the calories some more today.
Had a few small spots on my penis – pinhead sized. I noticed them yesterday, now they are lighter and starting to fade.

Notes:
The small spots from moday’s session were gone, just one was barely noticeable. My unit feels worked. I felt that I should start progressing with smaller steps, since my penis starts to feel more tired from the sessions. So from today I’m increasing the squeezes with 1 rep every other workout and from the next session the stretches will be increased with only 3 reps every workout.
I had to regrip after 80 reps on the first set of stretches and after 58 on the second since my grip was tired from the workout earlier.
My flaccid wasn’t its best today, but was plumped pretty often. Had some wood this morning. I think I’m getting hornier than usual (as for the last ~5 months) around girls.
Other notes:
Training – deadlifts, sprinting. Clean food, calories are pretty low now, I should bump them up a little since I’ve lost a lot of strength the last workouts.
Not having much sleep lately.

Off – 29.04.2010
Some wood this morning. I turtled some in the morning and my flaccid wasn’t at its best. Later it got better and it was plumped. I had some random erection throughout the day and I felt kinda hornier.
No training. Clean food, I added some more carbs today, but cut a little the protein to keep the calories low. Must get some sleep.

278 (2x100, 1x78) side to side stretches
3 min cool down with shower
20 min hot shower
~30 min rest
~12 min edging (with porn) w/o cumming
Kegels:
In the morning while going to work – 20 quick (1sec), 1 20sec, 2 50sec, 1 60sec.
Later in the evening before the session – 20 quick, 1 20sec, 1 50sec, 1 70sec, 2 100sec.
Notes:
Flaccid was a bit turtled in the morning (a little cold). Most of the day it was ok. Had quite a few random erections today.
Had to stop my warm up for about 3 min because we have 1 bathroom and I had to leave it for an emergency case.. Today’s session wasn’t the best but it was good. Had to do it at around 3 am because of privacy issues..
A couple of dark spots appeared on my shaft after the session, not big though. Also a few dots. Nothing seems worrying though.
Other notes:
No training. Clean food, a bit more protein, but it was quite a long day. Slept about 6h and going to bed very late. I hope not to wake up till I get at least 10h of sleep tonight.

The spots are still noticeable on my shaft but are starting to fade. I masturbated today.
Training – bench press. Food – MEGA CHEAT all day – pizza, candy,… Decided to do it since my fat loss has stalled and I think I have to reboot my metabolism. I’m at 82.7kg now.

Training – squats, sprints. Food – clean, reducing the calories again, but not as much as last week.
I didn’t sleep a lot, some party till 6am, didn’t drink though, just 1 shot.
