Routine tonight:
15 min warm up. (hot wet towel + hot shower)
Stretching: D - 15 sec with right hand + 15 sec with left. R L U SO - all for 25 quick kegel + a not so quick count to 10, after each - 10 circulars in each direction and helis.
Re-warm up for ~7 min (hot shower)
50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 30 jelqs - done at 60-20% EL
Warm down 5 min (direct hot shower to the dick)
Hot shower.
Edged for about 10 minutes immediately after that and did about 5 3-5sec erect kegels.
Rest for about 1.5h then edging for 30 minutes and cumming (insane load)
In the morning while travelling to work - 120 kegels - there were some quick and some 5 to 10 second holds, most were strong 2 second kegels.
Notes
Yesterday I fell asleep with a fowfer and this + the heat and stretching I did seems to be great for my flaccid - I had a very nice hang all day, except for a little turtling when going out for work and during my workout in the gym. Will do a fowfer again tonight.
The stretches today were again with hard pull, jelq was with firm but not very hard grip.
Lots of work these days, nothing very interesting. I'm pretty busy right now, have to take care of some stuff.
Workout at the gym earlier in the evening was great. Starting to feel strong again, getting back on track
While I was stretching my dick looked a kinda longer so after the stretches I went to get the ruler and measured BPFSL at 16.4cm (6.45") - never been even close to this number

Dunno if the workout gives some mm or not but it's still great.
On the first short edging I decided to check how's BPEL - 15.5cm - pretty cool, I'm definitely on the right track again

I hope to hit the 16cm mark in 2.5-3 weeks
It seems that my dick just needed some hard stretch. After a week or so I might increase a bit the stretching, probably add another set. I'm gradually increasing the jelq, adding 5 reps to the last set every workout, backing a bit at the beginning of the week.
