Routine tonight was:
15 min warm up, 20 JAIs while warming with the shower.
Stretches: 10 sec D w/ right hand, 10 sec down w/ left hand. Helis. R w/ 25 kegels + a quick count to 5, 10 circulars in each direction, helis. L - same as R. U - same as R but the count was to 10. SO - same as U.
50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 25 jelqs - done at 40-20%
Took a shower and did 20 JAIs at the end.
Might do some edging before going to bed, but right now I feel pretty tired so I'll probably skip it today. EDIT: edged for about 10 mins, reaching PONR but without cumming, did it with absolutely no porn and got pretty hard :)

A few jays during the day (about 10). Kegels in the morning while going to work (6x20).

The grip on the jelqs was a bit harder as the EL was lower but I got a huge pump of the glans. We'll see what this brings tomorrow. When I was jelqing my dick looked longer.

No morning wood, or at least I can't remember if there was any, waking up was tough today, lack of sleep is starting to hit me hard but I feel pretty good. No random erection. Flaccid was ok, except for some turtling as usual in the morning when going out and while I was training in the gym.
The l-carnitine I started gives me quite a boost - I drink I table spoon in the morning and I before workout. Today was my first workout in a week. Did a PR on dips - 10 reps with 50kg (110lbs) attached to my belt and also PR on pull-ups - 7 reps with 20kg (44lbs), bodyweight is around 86kg (190lbs). After the workout I felt a huge power surge and wanted to do stuff - run like crazy, fuck all night.
Feeling pretty good as a whole, today I met a very nice girl while going to work, hope to see her again, because I didn't get her number, the situation was inappropriate - she was with a friend of mine, not like gf, but colleagues in school, she seemed kinda interested in me so I'd love to meet her again and eventually do some stuff :p. Also had some nice conversation with one hot girl at work. Things can turn around great when being more positive :) Although I haven't slept properly in weeks I feel pretty good :)

Today I felt pretty tired - lack of sleep again, can't wait for Friday to come and sleep at least 12 hours. Didn't notice any wood this morning. When I was going to work I was turtled as hell, haven't seen such turtling in a long time, I think this indicates over-training from yesterdays session. Also felt a little like muscle fatigue in the dick for a short while, or more like a little cramp - just a little painful but still grabbed my attention. So I thought it would be best to rest today but I decided to do a light session. The stretches were light. The focus on the jelqs was to use the lightest grip possible and to go slow. My dick didn't respond well on stimulation so I'm pretty sure I've over-trained because of the harder grip I used yesterday. Hope todays session was light enough to help the recovery and not to harm it. I did the session mainly for practicing my jelq - trying to find the lightest grip and to go slower. So I used a very light grip compared to what I was using yesterday and my had got nicely pumped with blood. Next sessions will be done with this grip or if I can do effective jelq with even lighter one I will.
I'll skip the edging today, my dick definitely needs some rest.

Next two days will be completely off. After that I'll be practicing the light grip jelq and we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping to increase my EQ in a few weeks and hopefully to continue seeing some gains.

A couple of hours before my session I was finished my workout at the gym - today was a deadlift day - worked up to 142.5kg (314lbs) x8, then some good mornings and hanging leg raises - all done in 40 minutes with the warm up. After that I had decided to do some interval sprints in an effort to increase my conditioning and to boost fat burning. Boy I almost died - I'm in a really bad condition. Did 4 50m sprints and barely walked home. When I got to the bathroom I puked. It was hell. But I feel great :D I'll do some sprints again after my squats on Sunday. Have to get conditioned!

Off day.
Didn't notice morning wood. Turtled in the morning, but not as much as yesterday. I still feel the dick needs more rest. Had one random erection during the day.

Hopefully by Saturday I'll be fully recovered for my next session. From the next session forward I'll really focus on better jelq quality - lightest grip possible for effective jelq and slow strokes.

I found my penis was way more tired from going slower and slightly lighter on my jelq's then when I was doing them fast. Slow jelqs FTW now. I love them!

I'll see how my dick handles the slow and light jelqs next week, if I find them too tiring I'll probably reduce the volume of my workout.

Well I haven't seen her yet, but I'm in no hurry, don't want to rush for anything because I'm still a little disturbed from the break up with my last GF and now I need some break. Although I find myself getting into some interesting situation with very cute girls this week like out of nowhere. A few times I had some nice conversations with a hot chick from my office, I met that girl that I mentioned and today just when I was feeling a bad because I remembered some things with my ex and out of nowhere when I was going home late I met the hot chick from the reception in the office building I work in and she seem pretty happy to see me, don't know why. She saw me from a distance and smiled and waved as if we're old friends or something and I don't even know her name, I just say hi to her when I come to work in the morning. So I went over to her and started a conversation and it was pretty cool, this made me feel really good. So for now I feel pretty good. Gradually things are getting better and better. I'm not going to rush for now, I just don't feel like it, when the moment comes I'll know, and I'll share what happens :)

Yeah I reduced to the slower jelqs but didn't really lessen up the pressure and HOLY sh*t my penis was tired. Now I'm working my way back up slowly.
And I hear you bro, my girlfriend dropped a FREAKIN' bomb on me last night and I could barely get hard enough to do my routine last night. I hate how women can fuck with our minds so easily like that.

Off day again. Flaccid seemed better today, some turtling in the morning. Notices how much my mood affects my flaccid - at some time today I felt kinda bad for some stupid stuff and my flaccid shrunk a lot, but now I feel just fine and everything is cool. No morning wood. Had a couple of unexpected erection throughout the day, one of them was very nice. Thankfully I work sitting behind a large desk so those surprises aren't that much of a problem :p

I think my dick is almost fully recovered and I think I'll have a great session tomorrow :)

Lack of sleep starts to crush me, I'll be off to bed in a few minutes and I hope to get about 12 hours of sleep.

Hey Dustpan. Yeah, I absolutely agree. The body work well for about 3 weeks with lack of sleep and after that you basically hit a brick wall with your head.
I really have to adjust my regimen.
Well today I slept 12 hours, mission accomplished :) Now I feel like a new man and I'm ready to kick ass!! :D

Cheers to that buddy, and when I was on my hot streak with one night stands and whatnot if the girl was dumb or if she pissed me off I would fuck with her emotions. Because after all it is a game in a dog eat dog world. Now I don't do it anymore because I do have a conscience.

warm down for about 5 min.
Took a shower then rested a while and ate some dinner and now I just edged for 22 minutes and blew my load (haven't done that in a while ;p). I tried to hold the cum but I missed the moment a little and held it for about 4 seconds and couldn't squeeze that hard anymore so decided just to blow it.
The jelqs were done with a lighter grip but still pushing enough blood to keep the glans pumped. Also the jelqs were done slower.
Timed my routine tonight, took me exactly 1 hour.

I did 6x20 kegels earlier today and 10 JAIs before going to the gym.

Also did about 5 min fowfer before falling asleep.

No morning wood today, no random erection. Flaccid wasn't very nice also - shorter and a little stiff. Not sure why, but I don't think it's over-training because last 2 days were completely off. I think the reason is partially in my head and I think the fact that I haven't blown my load since maybe Sunday has to do something with that.
Measured BPEL today - no gains, 15.3cm again. So this tells me that this week was very bad PE-wise. Till now I've had consistently .25cm average length gains every week. Maybe because I overdid it a little on Thursday has stopped me from gaining but I think there are other reasons too. I hope this is a one time problem and next Saturday I'll see at least .2cm gain.

Earlier in the evening I trained - bench day, worked up to 107.5kg (237lbs) for 8 reps then some DB bench (up to 45kg x6) and DB rows (up to 60kg x8 - 60kg are the heaviest dumbells in my gym, so I'll be working up only with the reps on the rows ;p).
Today I measured my weight - I'm down to 84.8kg (187lbs). Thats -1.2kg in 1 week, which scared me a little, but I think I owe this to the sprints I did, also the l-carnitine and the more strict diet I started. I'm aiming to go down to about 80kg but the important thing is to look good no matter how much I weigh, and of course to preserve the hard earned muscle and strength.

All in all a good day. I slept till the early afternoon did some cleaning in the house but mostly I was chilling - watching movies and doing nothing :p.

Stretching: D - 15 sec with right hand + 15 sec with left. R L U SO - all for 25 quick kegel + a quick count to 10, after each 10 circulars in each direction and helis.
Re-warm up for 5 min (hot shower)
50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 25 jelqs - done at 50-25% EL
Warm down 5 min (direct hot shower to the dick)
Hot shower.

Edged for 30 minutes after about an hour and a half break after my session. Blew my load. Going to bed.

Earlier today - 20 light kegels, 20 harder kegels (all for about 2 sec holds), 10 hard 5 second slow kegels, 20 hard 2 sec kegels, 10 hard 10 second slow kegels, 20 kegels.

Notes:

On the stretches I pulled harder - a lot harder than last week, I think this is the way to go. The jelqs were done with not very hard but firm grip and I think they went pretty well. I dropped the JAIs since I don't feel them doing anything and increased just a bit the time for stretching.

PEing with parents and brother around is a real pain in the ass... Especially as I share a room with my brother and we have only one bathroom...

So today I read about scythe's great success with his routine and I went through his log. I found that I'm an idiot for making some stupid stuff, last week especially, I'll give more detail at the end of the week - first to see if my findings are correct.

Today I woke up after only 6-7 hours of sleep and couldn't fall asleep again... Had some morning wood though.
Flaccid wasn't nice today... Did lots of shakes and helis to keep it a bit looser and lower. I believe the increased stretching will help with that, because I found myself to have actually deceased the stretching intensity last week and I believe this led to no gains and not so good flaccid.

Training at the gym went ok - squats today - 120kg for 8 reps - way from my usual on squats. I seem to have lost some strength - but this is normal considering the weight I've lost and the fact that I had a week completely off from any kind of physical activity. Did some sprints after the workout - my dick hates them, so do I. I experienced the biggest turtling ever after my second interval sprint.

I started drinking Ginko pills this morning - we'll see what this will do to me.

Hmm due to your lack of privacy I was about to suggest hanging with weights as that seems to be helping me out tons, but it's not very realistic in your situation right?
And instead of JAI stretches, which I've found to be obsolete compared to the A Stretch or flaccid bend, try one of the 2 I mentioned before? After conditioning my own penis for 1-2 weeks with the A stretch, I can yank on it somewhat harder then I could on a circle stretch or JAI.

I've removed the JAIs from the routine for now. This week I'm increasing the strength of the pull on the stretches and a little the time for each stretch. On Saturday I'll see what this brings and later on I may add some other stretches or increase what I'm currently doing. Let's see how this week goes.
