Routine tonight was:
15 min warm up, 20 JAIs while warming with the shower.
Stretches: 10 sec D w/ right hand, 10 sec down w/ left hand. Helis. R w/ 25 kegels + a quick count to 5, 10 circulars in each direction, helis. L - same as R. U - same as R but the count was to 10. SO - same as U.
50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 25 jelqs - done at 40-20%
Took a shower and did 20 JAIs at the end.
Might do some edging before going to bed, but right now I feel pretty tired so I'll probably skip it today. EDIT: edged for about 10 mins, reaching PONR but without cumming, did it with absolutely no porn and got pretty hard
A few jays during the day (about 10). Kegels in the morning while going to work (6x20).

After the workout I felt a huge power surge and wanted to do stuff - run like crazy, fuck all night.
Feeling pretty good as a whole, today I met a very nice girl while going to work, hope to see her again, because I didn't get her number, the situation was inappropriate - she was with a friend of mine, not like gf, but colleagues in school, she seemed kinda interested in me so I'd love to meet her again and eventually do some stuff
. Also had some nice conversation with one hot girl at work. Things can turn around great when being more positive
