Great morning session. EQ was really great!

40 minute clamp with continuous edging. Great precum
:p, nice deep color and great veins. EQ the best it has been since getting back into clamping. Nice stamina session as well. Much better control after about 25 minutes. Could have gone on for an hour, but will do these shorter 40-45 minute sets.
Already looking forward to trying my increasing stamina on my wife tonight

Clamping is the best form of PE!

Another great session this morning. 40 minutes of straight clamping with lots of edging and manual squeezes. The visual with clamping is great. I can see all the veins and ribbing in my shaft. The color is deep but still safe. The EQ is back so I'm at a very high erection level and really have to be careful to avoid going over the edge. I'm definitely still working to get back the level of control I had before my break back at the end of July. I'm hoping that control will improve. I love these longer clamp sessions. I could easily go to 60 minutes, but will probably hang somewhere between 40 and 45 minutes.
So the session felt great with nice precum and a plump, thick hang after I finished.

Clamping or resting tomorrow? I'm not sure. I've done four days in a row of pretty intense sessions of extended continuous clamped edging. My EQ is definitely back where I'd like it. I will decide tomorrow if I should rest. Slow and steady will hopefully get me to my goal of 6 inches MSEG by the end of the year.

PE Works!

My clamping and stamina sessions are paying off. My wife was the beneficiary yesterday and loved the difference! So did I. It was great lasting long enough for her to have multiple orgasms:common001::common001: :common001:. My thicker girth is not a problem, in fact, it's great right now, but I will have to be careful after the end of the year. Right now it is all good.:becky:

Girth and Stamina Session this morning.

Great session. EQ is terrific and this morning's session was amazing.

Tremendous control and EQ throughout my clamping session.

Clamped edging for 45 minutes followed by 5 additional minutes of edging after the clamp was removed. Heavy thick hang and nice color. Veins are so prominent now.

It's been five days in a row. Tomorrow and Sunday will probably be rest days.

Double Clamping today!!!

30 minute Clamp this morning. Continuous edging except when I had 2nd clamp in place. I did this at the base, then mid shaft and then just below my glans. Very intense with nice engorgement. Barely able to close the clamp more than one or two clicks. Left in in place for 2-4 minutes. I may continue to double clamp off an on. I put a second comfort sleeve on so this was pretty comfortable, but very tense and impressive engorgement.

Great morning wood. I will hopefully get to check out my improving EQ and stamina today with my wife...that's what this is all about for me...filling her and giving her greater pleasure.:)

I just reduced my clamping to only 3 times a week instead of 4 hopefully my EQ will improve.

Also added jelqs for EQ purposes.

Regarding to clamped edging do you think you need to constantly do kegels? I noticed if I did kegels thru my sets they felt weaker and I did not get that much expansion.

Also it was much easier to push it too far and actually cum. So I just apply lubricant when I'm fully erect and have clamp on and mostly just edge while doing kegels in smaller quantity not to let my glans get cold.

Hey Purps! Thanks for stopping by.

I think clamping can definitely take a toll on our EQ, so backing down is probably going to help in that area. Perhaps after a few weeks you can get back to four times a week.

As far as my clamped edging sessions, I do kegel throughout the set...typically with each thrust. I'm thrusting/edging through an OK grip.

I also actually will gently bring the clamp back against my pubic bone and kegel maybe twenty times to get better expansion. That will really get me much firmer and much more engorged. I sometimes find my erection level drops just a little after doing my manual squeezes, especially my modified sliding ULIs which I do from base to glans as well as glans to base. If I notice I'm not as hard as I typically am, I will do those kegels as I press the clamp into my pubic bone. That really results in a significant expansion. Sometimes I will also ratchet my clamp down another notch.

I don't cum during my clamped edging. In the beginning I did once or twice, and it seem to undo everything from my session. When I finish these long clamped edging sessions, I am really left thick and hanging nicely.

I apply lube as I am beginning to get myself erect. It helps me to more quickly get erect and the lube I use lasts my entire session...well I might add a little depending on how it feels. Adding lube actually helps me maintain a very high level of erection by adding to the stimulation along with my edging.

Edging for 30 or 40 minutes while clamped at such a high erection level has really been a great help with my stamina training. It really has enabled me to please my wife by lasting a long time because of this stamina work.

I would also probably not be able to remain fully erect if I didn't edge while clamped.

Finally, you have to expect your glans to get a bit cool. That used to concern me, but it's fine as long as everything else, (color, sensation) is ok. I'm starting to use a second clamp in the hopes of pushing my gains.

Hope some of this helps with your clamping.

I do not think my stamina levels are ready for continuous kegels while clamping but I will try to do a bit more.

Not through my clamping set since then I did not feel my kegels and all and felt like my pelvic floor muscles were overtrained.

I noticed with clamped edging that my glans gets really engorged and I think it has increased in size or my eyes are playing a trick on me.

Just curious do you do your clamping sessions seated or laying down on the bed for example?

Also with clamped edging do you do long strokes from the glans to the clamp or consentrate mostly on your top part of that shaft and glans?

Since your clamping sessions are long and you do a lot kegels how do you compensate with reverse kegels?

47 minute Clamp with continuous edging and no cumming:becky:

Great session this morning with nice EQ right from the start. This was a great stamina training session with excellent control from start to finish. I was able to continuously edge throughout the entire 47 minutes except for a few manual squeezes. Nice deep color and really nice engorgement/expansion.

I do regular kegels with each thrust forward and a reverse kegel with each withdrawal through my fairly tight OK grip. On each backward withdrawal, I'm further engorging my shaft because of my OK grip.

Veins are great and I can feel the gradual thickening of my shaft. With my manual squeezes I've been able to keep the increase in girth fairly uniform except for a nice increase at the base of my shaft.

I wanted to put on a second clamp today but broke another clamp while kegeling and had to use my second clamp as a back up. I just prepared two additional clamps as back ups so I should be able to get into double clamping again tomorrow.

By the way, I "prepare" my clamp by crazy glueing strips of soft suede leather on both inner curves of my clamp. I put three layers of the leather, one on top of each other, on each arm of my clamp. These are soft and work well with my silicone comfort sleeve.

Looking forward to another good workout tomorrow. I'm going to have to be careful not to gain too much additional girth. I was explaining a bit about my PE work to my wife yesterday and she told me she didn't think I needed to get any thicker...but I love clamping and the great help my stamina work has been...
Maybe I'll have to start hanging...and work on length. I'm only a little more than 6.5 in
length...

You ask excellent questions...

I do my clamping sessions standing and often walk around the house while I'm clamped. It helps doing these long sessions. For extra stimulation, I will watch my thrusting in my mirror. It's impressive to see how thick my shaft has gotten with my PE work.

I smiled when I read that...You are huge in comparison to me. I wish I could do "long" strokes, but I'm almost 2 inches shorter than you in length. I do go from base to glans and glans to base as I stroke.
As I described in my post, I'm using an OK grip most of the time, thrusting in and pulling back through that as I edge. I will also use my entire hand back and forth on my shaft. I couldn't do this in the beginning because it used to bring me right to the PONR. That's because of all the stimulation to my glans. No longer a problem as I've gained control from my stamina work during these long sessions. If I tighten my clamp and really get rock hard, I have to be careful and will not use my entire hand over my shaft, but go back to my OK grip. My increased stamina and ability to feel great but not go over the edge has been one of the great benefits of my long clamped edging sessions.

Your question about keeping a balanced pelvic floor is also excellent. I addressed that in my post about today's session. I paid attention to what I am doing about kegels because of your question. I almost always do a regular kegel with each thrust forward, thrusting my penis through my OK grip from glans to the base of my shaft. Then, as I withdraw, I do a reverse kegel. Sometimes I will only do regular kegels for a while and then I will focus on reverse kegels during each backward withdrawal. I'm pretty good at doing kegels throughout the entire session. It's a great kegel workout as well as a great stamina workout.

The stamina has paid off for me and my wife. Unless I'm tired, I can last a lot longer now and my wife and I can orgasm together as a result. We both really love that. PE has been a blessing...:)

Clamped 47 minutes

Great Stamina and girth session this morning.:becky:

EQ was great right from the start and so was control.

Continuous edging (thrust and withdraw with regular and reverse kegels) with single clamp for first ten minutes.

Second clamp applied at base for next 2+ minutes. Second clamp made expansion much more intense but felt safe. Clamp then moved to mid shaft for 3 minutes and then to just below glans for 2+ minutes. Double clamping is much more intense. I can see the engorgement between the two clamps when they are not both at the base of my shaft. I can see the increase in expansion with my kegels.

I can only stroke my shaft when both clamps are together at the base. When I advance the second clamp to mid shaft and below the glans, I basically edge by stimulating my glans with my hand. Good control despite all the visual stimulation of the 2 clamps. I use a second comfort sleeve for the second clamp, so this is very comfortable.

After 10 minutes with both clamps on, I went back to a single clamp with my regular edging. I'm doing a regular kegel as I thrust forward into my OK grip and then a slow reverse kegel as I do a slow withdrawal through my grip. This is an amazing stamina exercise that I can repeat when having sex with my wife. It has really helped my performance and enhanced her pleasure.

After another 15 minutes of regular clamped edging, I reapplied the second clamp for another 10 minutes, moving the clamp every few minutes. I am amazed by the additional expansion I'm getting from the second clamp. After 47 minutes, I removed my clamps and edged for another 5 minutes with nice EQ. Lots of precum after the clamps and comfort sleeves were removed:p.

I may clamp again tomorrow and then rest for a day or two. Hang in there and remember to keep your PE work safe.

EQ has been great, but the four straight days of continuous long clamps may have started to "bring it down" a bit.

Decided to only stretch this morning and give clamping a few days rest. Love what this has done to improve my ability to please my wife. Sharing with her about some of my gains which she has noticed and talked about. It's definitely worth sharing PE work with your wife! I'm glad I listened to PurpleOnes ongoing posts and PMs to share this with her. She definitely likes my increased girth now.

So resting for a few days and then will pick up the girth and stamina work. I may really get into stretching to try to get to at least 7" in BPEL.

PEGym has changed a bit and I dropped off posting for a while. Some of my old friends here seem to have left, but I plan to pick up my progress log to help me with my current PE work.
I am getting off a break and stopped clamping for more than a few months. To get back into my routine, I began with a few weeks of manual clamping before resuming my regular cable cuff clamped edging about a week ago. I started slowly, well slow for me, doing a series of 10 minute clamps the first day, then moved to 15 minute clamps and then up to 15 followed by 18 minutes last week. I did 20 and 22 minutes on Saturday. Rested on Sunday.
This morning I did a 32 minute continuous clamped edging session that felt great. I had to back down a few clicks and then tighten back up a few times during the session. Good PIs, great color that was red to a hint of purple, nice engorgement and great veins throughout. My glans got a little cool, but no different from in the past or during shorter clamp sessions.
Did lots of squeezes just above the clamp and then mid shaft and just below my glans holding them for 10-15 seconds. Also did a full shaft squeeze once and ended with a nice see saw clamp moving the blood back and forth in my shaft between my two hands. Some precum at the end, but that tends to build up as I get back into my routine.
I may do a second session now and will post about that if I do.
