Now I see that's 1 hour without breaks, that's really long. How tight do you have the clamp? Do you use heat?
Do you attribute your long sessions of clamping to your girth gains?

Sorry for all the questions, but this is a new approach. Usually a cock ring should not be on for more than 20 min, since cell death can occur. A clamp is tighter and this routine is not for newbies!

No heat is used.
As far as tightness, I'm usually somewhere from 2-6 clicks off max depending on my engorgement. I usually start about 2 clicks off max and then have to loosen as I get more and more engorged from kegeling and edging. My glans typically starts to cool about 15-20 minutes. Only once in a while have I felt a little loss of sensation which caused me to back off a few extra clicks which restored sensation to normal. My shaft and glans is usually a deep red. You have to pay attention to your PIs.
I do think the long sessions are adding girth and expect to be at my goal of 6 inches by the end of the year. You are right, this is definitely not for newbies and should be done only when you are well conditioned and used to clamping.

Definitely continue until you hit a plateau. At that point I would gradually begin lengthening the time of your clamp sets. Watch your PIs and proceed cautiously. The goal is to gain, not feel pain! These long sessions should be fun and provide lots of pleasure as well as increased girth!

G, how much have you gained by doing extended clamping? Can you see any benefits over regular clamping or did you hit a plateau and changed to extended clamping?

I have gained .5 inches from clamping. I expect to gain another .3 inches before the end of the year. I don't think I hit any plateau. I just saw extended clamping sessions as the most effective way I could achieve my girth goals. I was very much impressed with the girth gained by Redzulu. His "treatise" on constrictors and how he got into clamping convinced me this need to be part of my PE work. I hope that helps, Gyrta. Thanks for stopping by...

Gyrta, I forgot to mention that these prolonged clamping sessions are very enjoyable and I also use them as stamina training sessions. I do continuous edging at very high erection levels that have enabled me to really improve my stamina and control. Again, the big thing to remember is that these sessions are for conditioned and experienced clampers.

I myself increased sets from 3x10 to 2x15 basicly same amount of clamping in total but sets wise less.

Decided to switch to clamped edging because I noticed that I did not feel my kegels basicly they were weak and did not get that good expansion with just kegeling.

With clamped edging my glans stays hard and I have noticed that overall my dick is harder with clamped edging.

Only problem is I have to monitor that my Almond oil does not get on the AB-silicone since then the clamp slides a bit to the side.

After clamping for some time have you noticed that it feels tighter around your shaft all of a sudden even though your not putting the clamp tighter?

For me I stay in the 2 clicks away range. Could this be sign of gains?

Hey Purps, it's good to be back. I've taken a break from my clamping and I think I have to slow down a bit to get back to where I was. This morning I clamped for a little more than 20 minutes but was struggling with EQ.
Edging definitely helps with EQ and keeping our glans engorged. I do lots of kegels during my clamping.
I think you will begin to enjoy the longer sets. I also agree about the shaft feeling thicker. My base is definitely thicker now.

I've taken a month off and need to gradually get back to my clamping routine. I did some manual clamping at first and then a few 10 minute clamps before going to 15 minutes. This morning I did about 22 minutes of clamped edging, but really struggled with my EQ. Had a great session with my wife last night and maybe that's why my clamping this morning was less than ideal in terms of EQ. I'm going to rest the rest of today and tomorrow and see how things go on Monday.

Catch up time...
Two days ago I did a morning and evening session of clamped edging. Each session was 35 minutes with much improved EQ after a day of rest.
My plan is to gradually build up to longer continuous clamping sets as I get my unit reconditioned after my month long break. Definitely seeing good morning wood again.

Girth and Stamina workout

Yesterday was a rest day.

This morning did a 40+ minute continuous clamped edging session. Excellent EQ and control throughout with manual squeezes, single and two handed, erect bends as well as nice see saw squeeze to finish off. Excellent color and engorgement.

Can feel the return to "conditioned" status and will gradually increase time of clamp. Comfort sleeve is essential as well as lots of lube for the edging while clamped.

Finished thick and with great color.

Girth and Stamina session

Thursday morning
EQ was off a bit today during a 45 minute clamp with continuous edging and squeezes throughout. Very good color (deep red) and engorged veins.
Hoping to see EQ come back more.
Finished with a nice thick hang and great color.

Good session but EQ is still not where it was before my break. Did a 40 minute continuous clamp with edging and some manual squeezes. Nice color and great veins. Control seemed better this morning.

May rest for a few days to see if that helps EQ. Still getting back into clamping and this may be a bit too intense going every day.

Thank you schlittle! Hopefully this is the beginning of wonderful adventure...with lots more gains to be had in the future. I'm going to stick to your recommendation to hang tight with JP's 90 day program before thinking about trying to move on the something like Phallosan...but I might want your help with that once I've got the proper conditioning "under my belt" :eek:

45 minute clamp!

Nice morning session with great engorgement and EQ improved. Nice veins and great color.
Broke another clamp while kegeling...spare was right there, so minimal time lost getting back into my clamp.
Continuous edging is a great stamina training technique while edging at such a high erection level with lots of lube.
Hopefully it will please my wife...:)

42 Minute Clamp with continuous edging.

Great morning session with EQ much improved! Lots of manual squeezes both single and two handed ULIs, sliding ULIs, total hand squeezes and seesaw squeezes. Nice engorgement and color. Backed off 5 clicks for comfort.
This was also a stamina session with pretty good control but definitely had to back off from time to time because of improved EQ and very high erection level.
Could have gone for an hour, but trying to gradually build back my conditioning and EQ.
May rest tomorrow...
