I really enjoy clamping, especially these longer sessions I began doing last year. These longer sessions are not for beginners and you must be conditioned to PE before getting into clamping. It's so important to be aware of your PIs and to watch for any danger signs such as discoloration, loss of sensation or your unit getting cold.
My PIs were great in this 35 minute clamp. Color was deep red, lots of veins and great engorgement. I use these long continuous clamp sessions as stamina training sessions. They have really helped and enable me to give my wife greater pleasure since I can last longer and we often come several times together as a result. So PE has been great for the two of us, as we both enjoy sex much more.
I did some double clamping during this 35 minute sessions, putting a second clamp on just above my first clamp for three minutes and then later for 5 minutes for a total of 8 minutes. Again I did lots of manual squeezes, sliding ULIs, with continuous kegels throughout. I also will gently push my clamp into my pubis while kegeling for about 30 seconds. This gives me great expansion and I often have to back off a few clicks for comfort. Nice precum at the end
