Rapid interval pumping for 12 minutes. Read that it’s good for EQ so trying it. Basically it’s pumping to 8 inHG, stay there for 2 seconds and then release pressure. Repeat. I do that for 2 minutes, get out of the pump, get hard again and back in the pump for same thing again.
