Research on 13-03…..
I keep reading and by doing that I find more information and because of that I will change my approach again
Since I do not really know how to make the pump routine progressive, you can increase time, pressure or both. I do know I want to keep it save so that eliminates increasing pressure beyond 5 inHG, maybe 6 or 7 but cant imagine that I would like to do that but definitely not beyond that. And I also don’t want to increase time that it will cause edema and/or it will be too time consuming. That led to an approach I read about on the old thunder boards, really nice to have that as some kind of knowledge base.
So, the new approach:
10 min manual stretching 3 times a day (one as a warmup for the pump)
Pump for 10 minutes at 3 inHG
Pump for 10 minutes at 4 inHG
Pump for 10 minutes at 5 inHG
Edge 10-15 min
So 30 minutes straight in the pump, no breaks. I am thinking now to do that every day but the guy on Thunder did it every other day.
Of course I need to work my way up to it but I will start with 15 minutes and add a minute every next session or so, kinda basing it on morning wood and general feeling of the D. Have to say that my morning wood has improved a lot since I started pumping and definitely when I did one session per day, will keep that as my baseline, when it declines I will decrease time in the pump or switch to every other day or something else that will decrease the workload.

One session of 15 minutes, 5m at 3 mmHG, 5m at 4 mmHG and 5m at 5 mmHG after 10 minutes of manual stretching. No negative signals so I guess that means the D is conditioned enough because when I started pumping 3 minutes in the pump already led to petechiae.

One session of 16 minutes, 5m at 3 mmHG, 5m at 4 mmHG and 6m at 5 mmHG after 10 minutes of manual stretching. No negative signals either and morning wood good the next morning.
