In the evening a pump session of 25 minutes, 11m at 3 inHG, 8m at 4 inHG and 7m at 5 inHG after 10 minutes of manual stretching. Added another minute, nice session came out fine, Petechiae and discoloration gone.

Elongation: 5% (Before BPSF 184, after 194)

Elongation: 4,9% (Before BPSF 184, after 193, forgot to measure girth again)

Added another minute, and this time I noticed, the last 2,3 minutes the expansion was very visible. Filling the tube the first 10cm, never happened before. Tomorrow I will add another minute.

Elongation length: 4,9% (Before 184, 193 after)
Elongation girth: 9% (Before 110, 120 after)

30 minutes reached without edema or petechiae, nice! :)

Next up to move minute by minute to 5m at 3inHG, 10m at 4inHG and 15m at 5inHG. Now trying to figure out if I can pump every day or every other day….

Expansion seems to stay behind a bi, thinking of trying every other day instead of every day. Not sure yet, EQ remains good, elongation is not progressing either so I must look critically at my routine. Increase time under pressure or increase pressure…Twice a day a 20m pump gives more time in pump so multiple options to consider.

My annoyance about elongation staying behind led me to up the pressure this time to see what it does. D looked tired as hell when I came out of the pump so felt some regrets but on the other hand, mistakes lead to insights as well haha. Let’s see how my EQ is tomorrow….

Morning wood was amazing and all night I had erections so I think my “mistake” pushed me in the right direction.

10-05 Rest. Decided to beat the D harder during my routine so will switch it back to every other day. Will do that for 6 weeks while I slowly work my way up the pressure, so coming week 4-5-6 for 5-10-15m.
