I just read all parts, and it definately helped me understand the science behind PE more. I would, however, like some advice from an experienced PE-er.

My EQ: generally a 7.5-8
If I have gone a week or more without sex or masturbation, I can probably achieve a 9. Sometimes if I focus(and only possible with a woman present, porn and mental imagery dont arouse enough) I can achieve a 10.

Having said that, after reading the details of the theory, I measured my BPFSL and it's 6.75" while my BPEL is 6.5".
It seems between my EQ and differences between BPFSL and BPEL I am right on the cusp of "could be I need to target tunica or could be I need to target smooth muscle" land.
My stats and EQ put me right in the middle according to the theory. Does that make sense?

As far as my goals: I currently only have 4.25 EG, so some girth would be nice. I wont exactly complain if I achieve some more length as well though. I just started jp's routine. Your thoughts?

I waited a while for a response before reaponding again. There's really no bumping a sticky, but if anyone reads my above post, please respond based on my stats whether or not i should focus on tunica or smoothe muscle. Thanks

I think the jp is a great starting point for you, there is plenty of girth work in it.
When you have completed the jp you can have a look at this again and consider the implications.

I agree with peg, from what your said in your first post the best way to go is by doing a beginner's routine and taking it from there.

Its weird because i used to just do jelqs almost no stretches and length excersizes just girth, and my Eq dropped like crazy also because i think i hurt myself. but now i do bundeled stretches, side to side, and up and down, also 25 reverse jelqs with each hand... myeq has gone through the roof!!! morning wood BAM! random wood BAMMMMM!!!! i can stop popping chubs and im gaining fast

What is BPEL? can someone explain it a little please?

-John

BPEL means Bone Pressed Erect Length. So when you measure your penis when it is erect with a ruler, you should push the ruler back until you hit your bone behind your penis. So you actually have to push the ruler into your fatpad. Some guys who aren't fat have a longer penis because of that. I mean you could have the same BPEL with someone, but your NBPEL (Not Bone Pressed Erect Length, this is the actual erection which you can measure without pushing the ruler back in your fatpad) might be different.

So according to this theory alot of advanced guys with a good EQ should use an extender or should start hanging and after a while when their EQ has dropped and their BPFSL has grown they should start to do clamping or use a pumping device (like BathMate or a penis pump).

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
I fit the tunica being my limiting factor, as luck would have it I had decent girth for a rookie of 5.5 and I desired length so I actually geared my workouts for it. That would explain possibly why i gained .5 inches of length the first month. I know its not reasonable to expect that every month but I know this article has helped me to understand some very important things, absolutely fantastic read.

I have a question I know I can´t gain more lenght due to my girth being not sufficient I´m 6,9 NBPEL , 4 7/8 EG, EQ is 9 and the diference between BPFSL and BPEL is less than 0.5 inches. I would like to start clamping will that help with my girth in my case? I´m focusing on tunica but only girth for now as if I take on any more lenght my cock takes the shape of pencil.

Remek explained the tgc theory in this matterofsize thread dated 21 March 2008.

Remek's matterofsize post on the tgc theory:

I'll try to make it as simple as possible here:

STEP 1: Find out whether your tunica is the limit or the smooth muscle is the limit. Here's how:

(1)
Measure your BPFSL and your BPEL. Find out how much greater your BPFSL is than your BPEL. If it's around .5" or more, it indicates that the smooth muscle is your limit. If it's around .25" or less, it indicates that your tunica is probably your limit.

(2) What is your erection quality like? If you consistently have rock-solid erections and very hard erections, then the tunica is most likely your limit. If your erections are anything but, you'll want to work out your smooth muscle.

STEP 2: Focus on your limit.

(1)
If your smooth muscle is your limit: Adjust your routine so it's mostly girth-based (i.e. clamping, supra slammers, Ulis, and other girth exercises.).

(2) If your tunica is your limit: Adjust your routine so it's mostly length-based (i.e. with length exercises, hanging, extenders, jelqs with a low erection level, ect).

Wow thanks dude. I will have to figure it out!

BPFSL is a pain man lol. I did as best i could but I don't if I could have stretched more. It kind of hurt. That combined with my BPEL seems to fluctuate makes this theory hard to put in action for myself.

My soft muscle is apparently my limiting factor since ny bpsfl us nearly an inch more then bpel. My question is does it matter if i stretch at the end of my routine since doing it first makes erections more difficult?

It doesn't really matter when you stretch: so stretching at the end of your routine is perfectly okay.

I've measured it once, measured it twice... my BPFSL seems to be 7", while I'm 7.75" BPEL.

Uh... is that even possible? I though BPFSL was supposed to be longer...

Yes, it's possible. I think it's addressed in the posts. If your BPEL is longer than your BPFSL then that means your tunica is your limiting factor, if I'm not mistaken.

My BPEL is also longer than my BPFSL.

Fair enough. Seems like I'm destined to have a super long penis. Any reports on how long it takes a limiting factor to change, or does it vary too much from person to person?

BPEL- 7.1/8th
BPFSL- 7.5/8ths

I have been hanging/stretching for years and never gained anything. This Theory makes sense to me and I'm going to give it a go.

I need to work on the smooth muscle, so Mainly girth exercises but it also says to work on length. What stretching should be done, mainly lig exercises? Stretching down, BTC or just normal 5 way stretches?

Thanks guys, great thread. Wish I'd have found it years ago.
