I think TGC failed the collective test. Believe it or not, I was lurking when this was launched. At the time it was new so I went with it for a while. BPSFL is such a variable measurement and there are so many factors involved in getting accurate measurements; I don't think this theory has a reliable basis for determining what our limiting factors are. And I don't think the stuff about smooth muscle tissue growth is sound.

I'm pretty sure the tunica is always going to be the "limiting factor" for girth especially. But limiting factor might not be the best way to think of this function of the tunica. The tunica is what defines the shape and size of the penis. Without it you wouldn't have a penis at all :) It's called "tunica dispensability" in the medical journals. Increasing tunica dispensability for girth gains can be an elusive endeavor. I'm not sure it's possible for everyone.

As for length, unfolding or uncrimping ligaments or perhaps their point of insertion into the penile fascia, probably have some role in providing length gains.

These are just my thoughts on the matter. I haven't seen a theory yet that could explain the variability in gains reports. We just don't know for sure what's causing gains or who's making mistakes and who's lying :) There's a lot of inconsistency in what guys are doing to produce their gains. But I know some of us have gained something.

I believe everyone has a limit as to what they can gain. It's more of a potential in the tissue that is expressed and then gains are just going to stop. I could be wrong, but I don't have much else to go on.
I hear yuh, my view on PE is pretty simple. I look at how tendons and muscle tissue work. I compare it to someone who does yin type yoga on a daily basis or 3-5 days a week. Time under tension = lengthening tissue then from there it’s maintaining any length you’ve worked for. It’s fun to read the theories and see what’s gone into creating them though. Just curious 🧐 thanks for the reply!

Bpfsl is not variable, if you gain bpfsl and keep the gains, bpel will come, bpfsl will get shorter without stretching and there is no way to measure a dramatic increase by measuring wrong, at least not without noticing that you're measuring wrong completely.
I haven't been stretching so much since I'm mostly into pumping/girth gains and other EQ/refractory period improving stuff now, but after not stretching for a while and mostly only pumping, I find that I can stretch harder without discomfort and gain more bpfsl. This didn't happen before ime, but I think the upper shaft girth gains helped me recently with achieving this.
After only pumping everyday for 2-3 weeks and with almost no stretching done at all, at least not a single 15sec+ stretch, I can come back after those weeks and pull harder than before, maintain that stretch for longer than before and actually see new gains.
I believe the theory is correct, but in my case I think I had to gain more upper shaft girth, especially right below the glans just to have the potential for new bpfsl gains. My bpfsl/bpel were the same for years now, only just recently have I started to see new gains in bpfsl.
But others just gain without taking into account anything. For some it just takes a lot longer than for others, I just recently found some other guys who made impressive gains and mentioned it taking 5-10 years long, while others gained that same amount in 1-2 years(length gains btw).
But it always boils down to more is better imo, both for length and girth gains.

So, long story short, I think I had to spend these last 3 years to gain some more girth just to have the potential for bpfsl gains again, I tried everything length orientated untill I started to pump everyday at low pressures for hours, at least 1 hour and sometimes 4-5 hours, trying to go for 6-7 hopefully soon.
