So from reading this helpful thread, someone mentioned a few posts back about having small girth and worried about gaining length having (or becoming) a thinner shaft/penis because of length gain. I know we are all built different, so this got me thinking:

My EG is 3.75" (pencil dick territory, I know)
BPFLS and BPEL are EXACTLY THE SAME: 6.75" and my EQ is a solid 8.5-9

This is my 3rd post, just starting and figuring out which "beginners routine" to follow. My main goal is flaccid length then erect length and girth to boot. It seems having tunica and soft tissue the same may be a hindrance if you have small girth like me. Do you think that's true?

Just seems weird for someone like myself whose EG is about 6.25" to be doing girth work when their BPEL is only 6.25", because my BPFSL is over 7"

It will be bigger around than it is long.

I just want to say something, incredible, that happened to me, i'm in pe since april, no gain yet (in erect state), jp90 routine + some more stretching upward (LOT 6 o'clock) i read this theroy, and I am sure now i've my tunica holding my gains, (eq 10, always) my bpfsl was almost 1.5" shorter than my bpel, so I start this week to concentrate my routine in stretching, read a post about stretching twisting the penis, taking care not to overtrain anything, 180, today i can say my bpfsl is the same of my bpel... how can i have achived such a result in a few days? my flaccid state (which i never measure, 'cause i didn't care about it) is bigger at sight... Maybe i measured it wrong, maybe the warm up, there's a lot of maybe, but i'm almost sure i did it following the protocol...
Any explanation? Remek what do you think about that?

I am so confused. My BPEL is 6 and my BPFSL is about 7 if not a little less. So according to this I should focus on girth but I just read an article on here saying Length first girth second and it explained how people who did girth first had a hard time gaining length.

I'm almost new as you here, but i read a lot, this is a theory, that let you discover if is your tunica or your ligament that hold your gain, if you are new do the jp90 routine, it's suitable for everyone starting pe. So if you cannot gain you can try to apply this theory but if you gain don't matter about it until gain stops. Standing in this theory you should gain soon somethinig due to your EQ, so do your best with kegel and the jp90 routine...

I can't believe you want to get longer! If I get to 7 I'd be the happiest man on earth. That is my dream goal. I have been doing JP's 90 day. Today I start my third week. I guess I shouldn't be worrying until I finish the first 90 days.

I have big hand, and I'm insecure, so I feel short and skinny... (the goal is reached when you feel comfortable satisfy with your measure).
Don't stop JP90 it's the root, i haven't seen any gains, but i'll be consistent, results will arrive soon... You shouldn't be worried even when 90 days are past... Many of us here get the first gain after 6 months... you just have to be consistent, first you will gain penis health, for me the others are side effect. Never be in hurry, if you injury yourself, you will lost weeks recovering it...

My BPEL is 6 inches and my BPFSL is about 5 inches. My erection quality is 7-8. What the hell should I do?

^^ Not a vet or a mod or anything, but I bet you guys should just stick to JP's 90 day. I'd even go as far as saying get another 60-90 day advanced beginner/intermediate routine under your belt. After this your penis health should be in check and any noobie gains will have manifested. THEN MAYBE assess the situation and start focusing on problem areas. Just my two-cents, and I'm only giving it because no one else responded :D

So after reading through all 20 pages of posts I didn't get any sense that anyone reported back on the validity of the theory based on their experience. My BPFSL is 1.3 inches longer than my BPEL and my length gains have been tiny in four months. I have been doing a combination of length and girth so if this theory is correct I should change to a more girth based approach. Anyone done this and can report back?

Hmm, could overmasturbation in combination with regular sex effect smooth muscle as well?

Is there anything else that could explain the lower EQ?

I would say you should favour length exercises and also kegels/reverse kegels.

Have you considered hanging?

Well it's creeping up to an eight. I'd say lack of daily exercise, but both of these are getting better.

I do both length and girth. I cannot hang yet I am still a beginner. I do however mix some higher level exercises (at lower intensity, durations and short durations) since I can still get positive PIs.
