This thread has thoroughly confused me. I'm in my third week of jps 90 day and I'm not sure how to incorporate all this info or calculate it. phew! Now I am questioning if i'm doing the exercises that are right for me. My confidence and hope has went from 8 to 2 on a scale of 1-10. Anyone want to explain what this thread is trying to illustrate?
Hi Bryan.
I read this a few weeks ago and i will take deep breaths and try to explain this seemingly complicated theory incredibly simply:
step 1 Measure your bone pressed flacid stretch length (bpfsl) and when you have done this you can then work out which is your limiting factor, tunica or smooth muscle.
step 2 If your bpfsl is longer than your bpel you should do mostly
smooth muscle (girth exercises). This is because doing the smooth muscle exercises will give you more smooth muscle in your dick which in turn should give you harder erections plus all the extra smooth muscle in your dick according to this theory should make your shorter bpel grow so it's the same size has your bpfsl.
step 3 If on the otherhand your bpfsl is level or shorter than your bpel you should do mostly
tunica (stretching mostly upward exercises). This is because doing the tunica exercises will make the tough tunica more stretchy which in turn will make your bpfsl longer and has you saw from above a longer bpfsl means in the long run a bigger dick.
i've looked at jps routine and you get both smooth muscle (jelqs) and tunica (stretching) exercises in his routine so i wouldn't change a thing. Just do his routine for 3 months and if you make fantasic gains with it just carry on doing it till the gains stop and then look for a new routine.
I hope i've been some help.
