Great read from that thread, thanks.

I have an interesting statistic to share though. I'm in the negative when measuring my BPFSL.

Stats:

BPFSL - 5 1/4"
BPEL - 5 3/4

I'm assuming what this means is the tunica is a major limit, correct? If it is, the workout should be 70/30 length/girth ratio. I believe JP90 is already geared towards that. Normal jelqs is for length and vjelqs are for both length and girth? I've been following JP90 for 60 days with no results.

Where do you think my problem lies and what can I do or add to my schedule to resolve this deficiency?

Hi. This is my first post. My bfsl is 8.5 and my bpel is 8.4. I realise this indicates that my tunica is my limiting factor. My eq is generally a 7-8 but my morning eq is 9-10. So i believe my smooth muscle is easily capable of filling my tunica even tho my eq is sometimes low. Possibly a factor to take into account in judging your eq would be #1 fatigue and #2 possibly porn desensitization/ low libido. I could be wrong but its just my thoughts.

If that is the case then maybe for the purpose of judging your limiting factor by your eq should be taken from your morning wood. And if you have bad eq at other times there might be other factors in the equation.

Please READ THIS and pay attention to the safety section, If you haven't started PE yet, I suggest you don't worry about your limiting factor for the time being, and just follow a beginner's routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining, then you may implement this theory to direct your workout at your specified intention.

Keeping in mind that while some PEers see gains within the first 90 days, its not necessary that everyone will, that period is more about conditioning your penis, there is no need for rush, PE takes time, its a long term process, and you need to be persistent and consistent to see gains.

Hi there sorry i should of mentioned iv been a lurker for quite some time and have been pe,ing for prob about a year or so. Iv just registered to add my view on some people saying their bpfsl being close to bpel, even tho eq is not great. Thanks for your concern all the same.

:) my pleasure sir. I believe this theory holds alot of water. But possibly when other members are judging their eq if they have enough smooth muscle to get a 10 in morning, then surely this will be the same amount of smooth muscle at other times. Correct me if im wrong but thats the way i see ot.

Hey guys, I read a lot of post somewhere in the forum that this TGC THEORY is debunked, is that true?
But when I read the whole article/posts from this thread and other posts of remek, Iguana and other guys, the logic is there. It seems right and really suggestive on what I experience and others who post their gains.

I haven't based my routine on this TGC but I'm really looking forward too. Thanks to the guys who put a lot of effort in research.

Awesome thread & great info.

My stats are 6.5"-6.65" BPEL
6.45 BPSFL w/a .10" difference.

After reading this I've realized where my focus needs to be. Spending more time on my stretches than my girth routine. Although I like seeing how thick I get after my PE sessions but ultimately I've been doing PE to have a longer flaccid & erect cock. Guess it's time to switch it up.

Yep great thread and associated information.

I'm on the JP90 program at the moment and haven't even measured my BPFSL (I will tomorrow). It will be interesting to see if I need to focus on tunica or smooth muscle, although that will have to wait until I have finished the JP90.

I'm only a few weeks into PE so I'm not looking to implement any of this until after I condition for at least 90 days. My question is in regards to SM limited situations where BPFSL is significantly longer than BPEL. When focusing on girth to work towards more of a Tunica Limitation what happens in regards to BPFSL? Does it shorten until you reach a more tunica limited situation or will BPEL continue to lengthen even though the focus is on girth? I guess a hypothetical would illustrate my question a little better.

BPFSL: 7.5"
BPEL: 6.75"
EG: 5.5"

By focusing on girth would this persons BPEL increase to get within a closer ratio? ie. BPSFL 7.5" BPEL 7" or would the BPSFL decrease to say BPFSL 7" BPEL 6.75" ?

Anyone reporting success with this theory? It was first posted in 2008 so there must be some results if it works....

It's not a routine but it's obviously a theory that determines your routine. It does make since because some of my best gains came when I was moving in a little girth work with my stretches. But I'm curious to know how practical the percentages are

It seems to be true for me. My BPEL is 20.7cm while my BPFSL is 21.5cm. My erections are very hard (I'd say 9). I've gained 3.2cm from hanging over the past 8 months or so. However no change in girth at all. My bathmate did not do anything for me (making me think it's a waste of money) but now I understand. Also jelqing made my erections harder (almost hurts!) but no girth gains.

Since my BPSFL is 1 +1/2 " longer than my BPEL and my EQ is about a 6 , I'm going to try it .
Thanks for compiling this for us !

Good theory :) Quick question, say your tunica is the limiting factor; you work on mainly length based exercise for a while, can your smooth muscle then become the limiting factor and Vic versa?
