Hows the bathmate going Calixto :) you getting a good expension.
It seems to work pretty good for warmups, but haven't used it much more other than that as of now, hope to have some more "thoughts" about the bathmate over the coming weekend!

Good stuff Calix! Putting on the extender just after a workout seems to be great for the penis. I get an amazing head swell and the entire penis has an amazing stretch.

I need to make one of your velcro straps to see how I like it. It looks way more comfortable that the rubber straps.
Hey Fli Fisher!, yes man the extender is AWESOME after a PE exercise session, just seems to optimize things alot!!! Let me know if you want some tips on the velcro straps. I know they are PARTICULARLY effective with your type extender, which is where bgstick18 got the idea for the velcro strap. I made a hell of a version of it, and I am thinking about just making them for guys and selling them on the cheap if anyone wants them. Let me know!

DTR- 10 hours
TLC-Tugger- 1 hour
X4 extender- 1 hour "Power Hour" but split into 2-30minute "Super Power Sessions"!!!

PE Exercises
10 minute Bathmate warmup
3 sets (of 30 second stretches) doing all five directions stretching. Last 2 sets did mostly "bundled" stretches (penis twisted while stretching)
200 total jelqs (100 per hand, 150 regular jelqs, 50 v-jelqs)
Warm down then cool down.

Pirate, hey brother! Good to hear from you! My EQ is almost painful when I wake up its SOOOO HARD, UGH!!! It really does pose a bit of a problem when trying to sleep-thru my morning wood. BUT, don't get me wrong, it is GREAT for Edging, which I have had a lot of success with lately, not "blowing it" that is.

And I think the two play off of each other, the better and longer I edge, the better my EQ is, and the better my EQ is, the better and easier it IS to have productive edging sessions and get hard again when I do my pumping.

Thursday 4/29/2010 TODAY IS DAY 90 FROM BEGINNING MY PE EXERCISES!!! (I tried to stick to the basics)

DTR- 7 hours

PE Exercise Routine
10 minute hot water warm up with bathmate (hercules model)
3X all 5 directions stretches.
Today, being that I have now been at the exercises for 90 days, I bundled ALL stretches except downward stretches, done regularly.
300 jelqs (150 per hand, 200 total regular jelqs, 100 "Backhands")

ALSO!!! Today I was talking with Remek and told him that I am going to NOW work on "sculpting an upward curve"!!!

So, to do this, today I did ALL of my "Backhand jelqs" so that I applied pressure from the top as to jelq in the direction of an Upward curve.

I am excited to see what will happen!!!

Congrats on the 90 days, Calixto. I tried the Bathmate briefly and it seems to suit me just fine. How much water do you use in that gizmo? That is, how far do you fill it up?

Calixto that should be quote of the week or somethin man! Totally sums up i think what its all about. My EQ was abysmal when i started edging, but it improves all the time, getting better and better.

Calixto sent me the UltraMax size. It looks like it would fit a bull, but if I fit my whole package in it, it works great. :thanks:man!!!

Congratulations on completing the 90 calixto!! Do you plan to alter your routine much, or just add a few exercises to your current workout? Also, when do you plan to measure again? Anyway...good luck to you brother, your hard work will surely pay off!!

congrats man! I changed up my routine a few times during my first 90 days which was 5/2. I just hit a few setbacks but i'll be aight. Keep it up!

by the way, what were your gains?

The two major questions with all of these quotes seems to be:
1) What were my gains?, and
2) How am I going to change up my routine now?

1) My gains in length seem to be about 1/8 of an inch, so not much. Girth gains however seem to now be 1/3-1/2 of an inch!!! Also, my erections are freakin HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) I have changed my routine just slightly as to not over condition. I have chosen now to BUNDLE EVERY STRETCH except for downward stretches. Just what I think will be good, since it is a "more multi-dimensional stretch", hitting things from ALL directions.
I have also added 3 seconds to each stretch, so now I go for 33 second stretch in all directions.

Vacutech pump- 4X15 minute sets, with 100 massage jelqs per hand in between sets.

DTR- 3 hours
X4 extender- 1 "Power Hour/Power Pull"
PE Exercises- 10 minute bathmate warmup, and 3Xall directions stretches ALL directions except downward were BUNDLED STRETCHES!
Put off Jelqing til the Morning, thinking about splitting it up.

Since I haven't posted in a while here, BUT I HAVE been keeping my own personal log, I just imported this below from my MS Excel spread sheet. I guess I will note here that since my last progress post, I passed my first 90 days of actual manual PE Exercising Sessions, so since then, I have just maintained my 2/1 split for on/off days, and the only things I have changed are that I ALWAYS bundle my left and right stretches a full twist/revolution. I do a half twist bundled stretch on my up and down, and a slight bundling on my straight out stretches, which my "straight outs" have ALWAYS been circle cranks, let it be known. Also, I have turned ALL stretches into 33 seconds instead of the usual 30 seconds per stretch that I was doing. And I ALWAYS try to get 400 total jelqs (200 per hand) alternating with backhands and regulars, and I use a stroke that bends my penis so that HOPEFULLY I will SCULPT AN UPWARD CURVE over time!!!

May 5- Day 97 DTR 5:30-11:30pm=6 hrs
May 6- Day 98 DTR 7-9pm =2 hrs
May 7- Day 99 DTR 4pm-9pm= 5 hrs TLC 9-10pm, TLC-1hr, X4-1hr
May 8- Day 100 DTR 9pm-1am= 4 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 9- Day 101 DTR 9pm-12am& 3am-4am= 4 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 10-Day 102 DTR 4-11pm= 7 hrs, TLC 11:30-12:30am, X4- 1hr
May 11- Day 103 DTR 5am-7am, 9-11am, 5pm-1am= 12 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 12- Day 104 DTR 5pm-12am= 7 hrs, X4- 1hr
