10min warm up
JELQED FIRST- 400 jelqs (200 each hand- 100 regular jelqs, 50 V-jelqs, 50 "backward handed jelqs" I call them "Back-Hands"!
THEN I did only 2 sets of 30 second basic stretches in all 5 directions, because I was "feeling it" and didn't want to overdo it.
Cool Down
Also: Measured girth after jelqing, a tad over 6" EG at the base, and just over 5.5" mid-shaft (again).
Was GOING to pump, but was edging for 20-30 minutes, and dang it!, I "Blew" it again!!
Oh well...
