4hrs DTR
2hrs Extender (2 power-pulls one hour each)
And of course:
PE Exercise session:
10min warm up
JELQED FIRST- 400 jelqs (200 each hand- 100 regular jelqs, 50 V-jelqs, 50 "backward handed jelqs" I call them "Back-Hands"!
THEN I did only 2 sets of 30 second basic stretches in all 5 directions, because I was "feeling it" and didn't want to overdo it.
Cool Down
Also: Measured girth after jelqing, a tad over 6" EG at the base, and just over 5.5" mid-shaft (again).


Was GOING to pump, but was edging for 20-30 minutes, and dang it!, I "Blew" it again!!

Oh well...

Yesterday (Sunday): Today was a wash, just chilled out, but I think I needed it.
1hr on extender

About to do second session of the regular JP 90's day eorkout where I do JELQING FIRST, YAY, I love this way!!! Thanks Gator!!!
I will either Pump, or extend for an hour afterwards, or maybe both, but if I do both, I will extend first.
Probably just pump.

Tuesday 4/13/2010

Pumped- 4 fifteen minute sessions with edging in between
1 "Power Hour" on my extender
PE session:
10 min warmup
1st 5-way stretch session in warm water
=1Jelqing: 300 jelqs (150 with each hand) 200 regular-each hand once, 100 "backhands" (reverse grip) each hand =1 jelq
Cool down with helicopters
1 hour on TLC-Tugger (hanger/foreskin restorer)

Penis was good and "worked out" today, ready for a day off tomorrow.

7hrs on DTR
PE Exercise session:
10min warm-up in shower
Stretches: 3 sets of 30 seconds, all 5 directions. First set IN the hot water.
Jelqing: 200 each hand (400 total) 150 regular (300 each hand regular) and 50 "backhands" (100 each hand "backhands")
Edged for a little after session, but "blew it" yet again.

Just put extender on, and going for one hour "Power Pull" at high tension

Edit: Got a one hour "Power Pull", and ALSO got an hour with my TLC Tugger hanging/restoration device due to guys wanting pictures of the damn thing in action. So there it is: 1hr on extender at high tension, and another hour on TLC-Tugger.

Man, Calixto, if you don't "blow it," after a few days, you might end up blowing a hole in the wall. :D Regarding the warm-up, I like to do a lengthy 15 to 20 minute hot rag (reapplied multiple times) warm-up, so that my dick is pretty much fully pumped and semi-erect at 50 % erection angle. That way I can get into my jelqing routine full blast right from the start. I usually cover the whole groin area so that all my genitals are covered by the towel. This way I get more blood into the entire area and my dick is raring to cover new territory. You want to get the towel or washcloth, whatever, as hot as you can without burning yourself. Many prefer the rice sock, but I like the wet heat. Go for it, man.

Thanks 411, but now a new question: How do you heat up your towel, and then after its hot how do you keep it that way?

I just keep resoaking it in hot water and reapplying it. You might do the same in the shower, right? But the extended warm-up is what I prefer.

I took the weekend off
Saturday I got 7 hours on my DTR
Sunday-COMPLETELY OFF
Monday- Off again on everything, but did 1 hour of extender. 8.4" BPXL!!!

Tomorrow I look to get back on track, sorry guys, needed a break!

I wanting to get an extender soon when i stomp up the cash,do you heat your dong up first with a hot wash-cloth and then put the stretcher on, or do you put it on after your workout.

Hey Cal , Check out my log . I've found an article about sugar and smooth muscle . And I'm not sure how to get this to the forum .This could benefit a lot of us . There's a whole lot of what sugar does in the body . And it's not good .
If you think this is important , you're better than I am at getting the word out .

Oh well, about to post routines for the last 3 days.

I have been thinking about how to measure this. I have some general indicators that I want to go about using that will indicate one way or the other for instance. In the most general of senses, this all depeneds on how your tunica expands with respect to pumping and clamping. Generally, tougher tunica will not stretch as much as a more pliable one, assuming you can control for most the other variables. Particularly, you could consider things like:

1. Do you generally have a very good temporary expansion if you pump at 80% ER for 20 minutes and maxing out at say 5inHg (I choose 20 mins and 5 inHg as a standard, that can definitely be changed but for the sake of an absolute reference). If so what is your erect 80% girth with pumping vs. without pumping.

2. The BPFSL vs BPEL indicators also seem like a good way. If the difference is less than 0.5" (this magical number may or may not be changed)

3. MEG while clamping at 80% ER. For most that clamp, they claim that the difference in MEG (while clamped) vs. MEG (while not clamped) is about 0.25". Mine is 0.10" and maybe 0.15".

So far these are the indicators I have thought about.

NSF001, Yeah man, if I just had to say, I would say that my tunica is my limiting factor. I have been pumping a while and I don't measure from the base of the tube, I measure bone-pressed. And I am like 7.5 BPPL (Bone-Pressed Pumped Length).

I am 7.1" BPEL and about the same BPFSL, BUT sometimes I am only like 6.5" BPFSL if I am not warmed up the least bit.

So I DO think its a tunica limitation, so I try to just keep whipping that sucker into shape with my extender after PE exercise sessions!
