I have finally decided to post a log on here. Now, I do have a log that I have used since the beginning of this year, and it is VERY DETAILED and on a MS Excel spreadsheet so that it adds up all the time I spend doing EVERYTHING, and I do a lot. Just take a look at my routine today.

1 hour power session on my X4 labs Extender, THEN...

Morning PE exercise session:
10 minute shower warmup
3 sets of ALL 5 directions stretches (Down, Up, Left, Right, and Straight out)

  • first set is always generally under the shower's hot water
  • Every "straight out" directional stretch is a circle crank stretch (15 count clockwise, 15 count counter-clockwise)
  • Every Left and Right stretch are done in the "A-Stretch" fashion with my non stretching hand wrist under my shaft
250 basic jelqs, but I count one as one, no a pair of jelqs as one, so I need to change this I guess.
2 minute cool down in COLD shower water while doing helicopters.

30 more minutes on my extender, but went numb quick, hence why only 30 extra minutes.

Next, I did 6 hours on my DTR (Dual Tension Restorer). This is a foreskin restoration device that I use to grow back my foreskin. I have never liked being cut, and this is the BEST DEVICE I have found to regrow foreskin.

{I also sometimes wear my TLC Tugger at night, and the TLC Tugger will also add some overall shaft length, so I like to get an hour in here and there}

Next I wore the extender for another hour, making it a total of 2.5 hours on the extender for the day.

Then while I watched the NCAA championship (I was for Butler, pooh) I wore my WAG for 2 hours (What-a-grip).

Finally I finished up with 3-15 minute penis pump sessions with 5 minutes of edging between each session!

What a day!

Oh, and my meeasurements!

Right now I am 7.1" BPEL and 5.5" EG. (I have actually measured 5.75 EG the past few days, and don't get it, it can't be right, and it might be due to pumping, but I haven't pumped in 2 days, so...hmm, I am sticking with 5.5''EG for now)

From what I remember before using my extender I was 5.75" EL which I would say was about 6" BPEL, but I didn't know about BPEL then. I also was just at 5" EG last year at exactly this time, and I know this because I measured when I sized my girth to by the right Pumping cylinder from vacutech.

So I have gained well over an inch in length and half an inch in girth, but that has been since fall of 2006, so almost 3.5 years:confused::training1::clap2::common001::yo:

Good stuff Calix! An Inch in length and now at 5.5 girth... Good stuff cant wait to get there, makes me super excited about PE.

Yeah man, I originally measured my girth exactly one year ago (4 months before joining or even knowing about PEGym) right above 5" when I was sizing myself to order my vacutech pump, and when I measured my semi-erect mid shaft girth today it was 5.75", which is bigger than what I put here, and it is what I measured last week too, but I thought some of it might be residual from pumping.

Today I skipped pumping yesterday, so it had been almost 72 hours since my last pump and I still measured 5.5" at 75%-85% erect, (and this was before pumping) which I don't think it would be any more if 100% erect, so I am going with 5.5"

I measured my base girth today (50% erect) at a full 6"... So either I am dreaming, or my PE Exercise routine is WORKING, especially for girth. I am going to really try and focus on length now.

Man thanks guys, I have spent a lot of time for ALL my gains. I spend way more time on foreskin restoration, but it just TAKES a lot of time to get your dong covered, especially with a circumcision like I had, where quite a bit was removed.

But yes, PE is JUST as important, and I am kinda having a little race with myself...will I get bigger or get coverage first.

Thanks Bro, like I said, I don't know WHAT is going on with my girth right now, but it is surely ALWAYS consistently over 5.5".

I think it is TOTALLY due to some crazy jelqing that going411by7 recommended personally to me!

It really was just about using the regular jelqing technique, but really going slow and not to much stress, but not too little either.

Just getting your mind to COMPLETELY focus on jelqing and feeling your penis GROW as you do each jelq.

This is why I am thinking about not "counting" each jelq anymore, but rather, just jelq for a certain amount of time, OR just jelq until I really feel like I have done a full workout.

Ok just did my PE exercise session, so I can report.

Today:
After waking I got a quick 1 hour on my extender; but I am doing my extending a little different to try and simulate hanging. bgstick18 (other editor here and close friend of mine) and I have come up with the idea of "Power Hours" while extending, which is basically shooting only for an hour (we normally won't even bother unless we will get AT LEAST 2 hours, but usually we get 4-5hrs if we are going to put it on). So with "Power Extending" you don't go overboard with it, but you crank it out fairly fast to a stretched length you know you can handle for an hour.

Next, I wore my DTR for 7 hours with a 2 hour break after the 4th hour.

Then, this evening I did my PE exercise session which consisted of:

10minute warmup
3 sets of stretches for 30 seconds each (in all 5 directions)
400 jelqs (or 200 if you count both hands as one)
warm/cool down:

I do this because I take my shower, warm up, turn shower off, do my routine (stretches then jelqs) then turn the shower back on warm first, wash off jelqing oil (olive oil/honey mix) THEN I turn the shower to complete COLD and grin and bear it while I helicopter my fat jelqed dong. This (I think) has helped me to keep the rich oxygenated healing blood in my penis for an extended state by using COOL water in the post-workout.

After my PE session, I was able to put my extender on for another light Power-Hour, and just now took it off as I typed that last paragraph.

So, today I:

got 2 quality power-hours of extending, 7 hours of foreskin restoring with my DTR, and a great PE session. (I have never done that many jelqs!)

Time for bed.

All my measurements:


So:
BPEL= 7.1"
EG= 5.5" midshaft
BPFSL=7.4"
BPXL= 8.3" (Bone Pressed eXtender Length) =personal best
BPPL= 7.5" (Bone Pressed PUMPED Length with penis pump)

Wow! Awesome routine and gains! I can't wait to be in the position you are one day soon. All the great pumping and jelqing and extending. I personally dislike the fact that I am uncut because I heard that using extenders and such can be a greater problem for us folks. Let me know how the extending goes as you continually stretch your penis skin. Thanks

PE4life,

Actually, the extra skin HELPS me with wearing my extender, because my frenulum used to continually get torn by wearing my extender, even with padding, because it was the tension ON THE SKIN that caused the frenulum tears. NOW, I can just pull some extra skin up there, and the tension from my extender is then displaced further down on mid-shaft skin, and not the very sensitive areas right around my glans, and, namely, my very sensitve frenulum (I have a very large and pronounced frenulum, I should try and get some pics of it up here soon!)

So, to answer your "Question", the answer is NO, and actually quite the opposite I have found to be true. I bet it is MUCH easier if you are uncut, because then you have a natural sheath/barrier between your sensitive areas and the extender.

PLUS, I have noticed that my extra new skin ALSO helps me get Head-Swells easier too!!!

I will be posting my todays/tonight's routine here in just a few minutes!!!

Todays routine was light, but was supposed to be a day off (from PE exercises) anyway, but:

After waking, I put on the extender for an hour and a half, because I "firmly" (hahaha) believe that with extending, that unless you REALLY over work your penis during a PE exercise session, that its ok to extend, because 2 different principles are at work.

An extender is stretching by means of lighter, constant tension. This is like people stretching their ears or lips, or when someone gains a lot of weight and grows new skin to accommodate fat. This is called mitosis or hyperplasia. This means that actually new tissue is growing.

With the PE exercises, this I consider to be growth that is similar but of a different nature. This is tissue growth via means of expansion of the corpus cavernosum/spongiosum etc. So this is like getting bigger muscles in the gym. Yes, you can "lose" some of it if you don't continue to exercise, but over time, MUCH of the muscle/penis gains will never go away! I am proof, seeing how I have not worked out or been in the weight room in some time, yet my arms are virtually the same size, (not as puffy as when I go, which I really like to be honest) and very muscular as well. Just not as much as when I am lifting.

So, all that said, today I wore my extender for 1.5 hours, wore my DTR for 3 hours, then a few hours later I did ANOTHER day of PE exercises, my normal 3X all 5 directions stretches with the first set in the hot water of the shower. When it came time to jelq, I did about 100 jelqs, then put on my penis pump. I did 2 sets of pumping at 20 minutes each. I would have done more but before each set of pumping I have been doing edging recently, and, well, I lost a battle with the PONR to say the least. Almost made a mess in the process too, dammit. Then cleaned up and am now putting the extender on for another 30 minutes to get an even 2 hours of extending today.

Today's short explanation:
Extender= 2hrs
DTR= 3hrs
Extra day of PE exercise (3rd day in a row)
-normal 10 minute shower warm up
-normal 3X all 5 directions stretches
-combined 200 jelqs with 2X 20 minute sets of pumping with edging

I did an EXTRA day of PE exercise today because I felt like I could handle it, and I am really wanting to reach a worn out state, so I know I need a day off. If this works, I think I might just adapt a 3/1 split, since I am only a few days away from the end of the full JPs 90 day.

Bravo, Calixto. I don't think I've ever read a more diverse routine. And your enthusiasm for p.e. is indominatable! You're a man after my own heart! Man, you are hitting it from all angles. I like your distinction between skin stretching and the internal penis/cc tissue growth, much like the other muscles of the body. I agree that the more foreskin you have, the better you can protect the sensitive areas of your penis. I injured the nerves around my circ. scar doing a BTC stretch. I was trying to stretch my flaccid penis up my spine to the second vertabrae (like an idiot). After that, I used all the extra foreskin I had (the good doc left me quite a bit) to make sure that area was covered when I grabbed near my knob to do a jelq/stretch combo. Maybe this procedure has helped speed up the foreskin restoration process for me.

I mentioned to you somewhere in another thread that I thought your girth growth is more than likely permanent or at least "cemented," based on my own experience and that I had achieved remarkable temporary girth gains (two times I hit 8" at the base) through some lengthy and intense edging sessions which you might incorporate into your routine.

Kudos, pal. Hope that cockadoodledo is not keeping you awake. I remember when I was living in Mexico City, a fuckin' rooster would wake me up every day about this time: 5:02 EDT. :D

Also thanks for the kudos on the stretching distinctions! I hope I enlightened a few folks here and let them know better how to implement an extender into the PE exercise routine.

As for the roosters, they are actually quiet tonight? Where did you live in the D.F. (Mexico City= El Distrito Federal for those of you other readers that don't know about Mexico City; I know 411 knows this!)

OK...So, for today!...
Today I was able to FORCE MYSELF to take a full day off, kinda. I just stuck with using my DTR (like maelsukr is using now too!) and was able to wear it from 5pm-1am: 8hrs total. This is what I would like to get everyday on the DTR in addition to any PE work because the DTR is SO EASY to wear and most times I have it on I forget I am even wearing it.

So, today's Short Explanation:
8 hours on my DTR

(I sometimes call the DTR my "Deeter" and I will use it as a verb, like "deetering" when I am wearing it!, hahaha)
