Since I haven't posted in a while here, BUT I HAVE been keeping my own personal log, I just imported this below from my MS Excel spread sheet. I guess I will note here that since my last progress post, I passed my first 90 days of actual manual PE Exercising Sessions, so since then, I have just maintained my 2/1 split for on/off days, and the only things I have changed are that I ALWAYS bundle my left and right stretches a full twist/revolution. I do a half twist bundled stretch on my up and down, and a slight bundling on my straight out stretches, which my "straight outs" have ALWAYS been circle cranks, let it be known. Also, I have turned ALL stretches into 33 seconds instead of the usual 30 seconds per stretch that I was doing. And I ALWAYS try to get 400 total jelqs (200 per hand) alternating with backhands and regulars, and I use a stroke that bends my penis so that HOPEFULLY I will SCULPT AN UPWARD CURVE over time!!!
May 5- Day 97 DTR 5:30-11:30pm=6 hrs
May 6- Day 98 DTR 7-9pm =2 hrs
May 7- Day 99 DTR 4pm-9pm= 5 hrs TLC 9-10pm, TLC-1hr, X4-1hr
May 8- Day 100 DTR 9pm-1am= 4 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 9- Day 101 DTR 9pm-12am& 3am-4am= 4 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 10-Day 102 DTR 4-11pm= 7 hrs, TLC 11:30-12:30am, X4- 1hr
May 11- Day 103 DTR 5am-7am, 9-11am, 5pm-1am= 12 hrs, X4- 1hr
May 12- Day 104 DTR 5pm-12am= 7 hrs, X4- 1hr
