Wow, great to see you back here Blink, I have read just about everything you have on the forums and even though we havent PMed each other I feel as if you have helped me quite a bit. I am hanging myself but only every other day. I did the every day routine but I think personall for me that it was too much. I wll be looking forward to your knowledge here at the gym, glad to see you back. Feel free to check out my threads in the devices forums, i know I am just experimenting but your wisdom is always appreciated, sincerely BigO

Glad to hear you are back. I had to give up hanging due to privacy issues and I am now concentrating on extending with a VacExtender mod kit and using the vac cap as an Ads with 2 lb weight attached for up to 7 hours a day.

Look forward to hearing more on your theories on weight stress and cell growth.

thanks BigO! I did my best to document what I learned--I think I wrote around 14x articles (aside from forum threads/ articles). I wonder if they are all published yet...

Anyway, that's great to hear (that something I wrote helped someone else). Definitely keep in touch!

I plan to use an extender myself (at some point)-- mostly because it seems like its the best way to prevent Turkey Neck (and of course we have lots of veterans on this forum who have gained over 1.5" with extenders, so clearly they can deliver results).

It is too bad you don't have the privacy you need... However, I don't think it matters how you reach your PE goal, as long as you get there (without killing, stealing or maiming!)--seriously though, whether you do manual, extender, or hanging... I have seen people get great results with any of the above. They all have advantages/ disadvantages...

My wife isn't as excited as I hoped she would be (to see me starting PE again). She has been relatively supportive in the past though (she actually sewed my HTWs together & she made my most recent rice socks).

Thanks for the big welcome back guys.... It's good to be back.

I'm still just doing 2x sets per day with light weight. I expect it will be a month or two before I hit something like 10lbs... even then I plan to just go by feel; I have no goals in terms of weight. As long as I reach fatigue each session, I don't care what the weight was. In terms of sets my only goal is at least one per day (always) until I reach my ultimate goal, and I'll be shooting for 10hrs of hang-time per week minimum.

I'm also working out at the gym these days-- I'm trying to get in shape overall, and in terms of PE as well... I know I always feel better / get sick less and I think I work harder and think more clearly when I'm in fantastic shape. Ideally I'll have a 6 pack by this coming summer; I think in the end it just depends on my commitment. If I want it badly enough, I'll find a way.

Welcome back blink2000!! I will be starting my ADS routine with PE Wieghts by Monty very soon. Start doing the Wantmore stretches in the future probably within a week of using the wieghts!!! Good luck on your PE routine!!!

Anyway, it's been difficult to keep up with PE due to the holiday/ relatives/ less privacy... I'm in for the long haul though, so even if I can just get one set a day or even a set every other day, I'll do it... (Its hardly ideal, but better than stopping/ starting)

As soon as the holiday is over I'll be back in full swing (in fact maybe I'll try swinging sometime; I've noticed some hangers do this to hit fatigue early without changing the weight... )

I had relatives in town which really threw a wrench in my PE activities.. in fact, one relative walked in (without knocking) while I had no pants on...

I wasn't erect or anything and I couldn't tell whether they saw anything, but it was still very awkward / a bit of an embarrassment. The relative made no comment about it later, and they didn't see me doing PE, so I stopped worrying about it after a day or so. I was forced to take a few days off, but I'll be back at it again tonight...

I only did one set today-- I let too much time go by without getting back into hanging. Let's now see if I can be consistent...

Once again, life has pulled me away from PE, and even away from just being in shape in general. I spend most of my free time with my family... and what remains often goes towards my profession (I'm constantly studying/ reading/ or working on side projects).

I think taking care of myself, working out, improving myself and reaching my PE goals/ should be on the radar, but I find it's quite difficult to balance everything. I can't regret putting my family before myself, although it has probably had a negative effect on my health (I'm quite out of shape these days, and as a former college athlete it seems a bit sad to see myself in this condition). I have a pretty sedentary job as well, which also plays a part in this....

Lately I have had some major victories with my career progression (recently), and it seems my families' needs will be met better than before. I'm hoping I can get back to PE, and really lock myself into some long term good habits with PE until I reach my ultimate goals once and for all. I have zero regrets at this point in time: In fact, if anything I may have put more time into PE than I should have (however, I felt it was necessary to educate myself and avoid injury... in the process I hope I have helped others as well--e.g. with some of the guides I have written; this was my small contribution to the greater PE community). As a Christian, I believe in helping others; I just never thought I would be assisting others with something like PE :biggrin1:

As a Christian, I often debated whether PE was OK with God. I believe everyone should follow their own heart and conscience. At least in my case, I believe it's OK to PE as long as I'm not neglecting my family or my other obligations because of it. I really don't see this as a forum for religion; so although there's more to my philosophy than that, I think that's enough (PE doesn't seem to mix well with religion).

Anyway, as far as self-improvement is concerned, I think PE definitely has its place. Truly, this is a mostly taboo subject in society (I mean, really,can you strike up a conversation about penis enlargement with a stranger and expect that conversation to end well?). For those of us who are either naturally small, or naturally 'growers' (genetically, I fall into the grower category), PE is something that gives us increased confidence (once we start seeing results). Taboo-ness (is that a word?) aside, I think PE generally is a good thing.

Any good thing can be twisted and become bad when used in the wrong way. E.g. food is a good thing, but we can abuse it by over-eating. Working out is a good thing but some people actually damage their bodies by doing too much for too many years. Getting sunlight is a good thing, but massive over-exposure can prematurely age our skin and make our skin prematurely look like a worn out leather handbag. Religion is a good thing, but overzealous Muslims, and the middle age crusades demonstrate dangers of fanaticism (and senseless acts of aggression against innocents). And now to my point: PE is also a good thing; although like just about any other good thing in this world, it could potentially be twisted (perhaps the greatest danger is that we could be selfish and neglect our wives, families or other responsibilities).

At least for me, PE is a very private and worthwhile way of improving myself.

It seems my time constraints are getting worse, which pushes me away from hanging (and towards maybe a more manual type routine). I of course am a big advocate of hanging, but it appears my own life may cause me to take a different approach with my PE. I think our approach needs to match the amount of time we have to dedicate to an endeavor; and it seems I will be required to change my PE approach (I'm not sure I see a way around that; at least not in the near future). Perhaps it will take me twice as many years to reach my goal one way, vs another, but if I can do it without compromising what I feel is right, then I think I have done a great thing... by both staying true to myself, while reaching my personal goals without sacrificing my duty to others, such as my family.

Sometimes priorities change Blink, nothing wrong with that. I think family is always first and you can always do some maintenance that wont take as much time. I think like you do about religion, a healthier peen is fine and so is some size adding as long as it isnt driven by some sexually morbid reasoning. I am Christian as well and I think if we shouldnt alter one part of our body then that should go for all of our body. I am into working out and I feel the penis is just another part of my body I wish to improve.
Maybe a change to manual is a good thing anyhow, it isnt bad for you and it may be an enjoyable alternative for you, at any rate I wish you well and I hope you find a happy medium. good luck
