Chronic Trigger Point on your pelvic floor.
So, regardless of all the other variables,
you have to continue to solve this problem. Every day. I know... I know that you have already done all the physical therapies that exist on the planet and that you have already done what I am going to tell you next.
But I want you to keep doing it.
Every day. For the rest of your life. Because it is absolutely important, for you to resolve this once and for all.
In addition, it is
completely free, you can do it in the comfort of your home, it does not leave you physically exhausted (
they are all light exercises) and it is an absolutely essential routine. So, I want you to do it every day, for the rest of your life (hopefully not, I'm pretty sure not. But for now, it's for the rest of your life):
Workout Routine:

Reverse Kegels all day.
2 - Massage on the pelvic floor (
Trigger Point style). For 10 minutes, 3-4 times a day, lying on your bed.

Hindi Squats. For 5 minutes. 5-6 times a day. You can do them before the pelvic floor massages
4 - Stay in a
warm environment whenever you can.

I want you to take a Muscle Relaxant and an Alpha-Blocker daily, for the next 3 months. Along with the home workout routine that I told you above.

5 minutes of edging every other day. Always with
Reverse Kegels and only with your imagination.
The cause of your Hard Flaccid is
physical. But, it is being
highly influenced by your
stress and may have been
triggered by recreational
drugs. But your cause is physical (

P.S: HFrecovering, I know I backed you up a few days ago to do it, but you should think twice before taking SSRIs in the future... Due to the Serotonin Syndrome of the past, to prevent a possible Antidepressant Discontinuation Syndrome and to prevent your Post-Acute-Withdrawal Syndrome from getting worse. If you ever decide to bet on taking an antidepressant, you have to tell your psychiatrist all of this. Your whole story. you should spend your time looking for all anti-stress therapies.
It can be:
- A good psychologist;
- Support groups and meetings with other people;
- One or two soft outdoor sports (that cheer you up, instead of leaving you exhausted);
- Going out and socializing with old friends;
- Hiking in the mountains and walks by the sea.
Or it could be all of this, all together! These are all things that will
make you relax. And none of them are stressful.
HFrecovering, I will tell you again:
your case is not untreatable. This is not cancer. This is a damn muscle. And our body is a healing machine. You are 30 years old! The uncle of one of my best friends is 70 years old and was in the hospital for 2 months dying with COVID-19. He managed to get around, he survived, but he got very extensive fibrosis in both lungs.
