So I did got some minor negative PIs last night afterwards which was some turtling and minor aches.

I am going to switch to 4 minute sets for the time being and see how it goes.

Sadly after just these four sessions the lig pain is back. Going to stop all PE and regroup. Maybe need 2-3 months for it to fully heal, I have no idea.

So I asked about this to ChatGPT and the protocol will be as follows:

No stretching or pumping whatsoever 10-12 weeks.
Illionguinal/genitofemoral nerve gliding/flossing (these are gental stretches)
size up to a 1.75" tube
return to pumping one day on at low HG ~3 for 3 minutes then 3-4 days off.
the 24-48 hours after will be crucial to see if pain returns.
AFTER multiple pain free cycles
Increase time first, then frequency, then pressure last.

It might be good if you started with a full layoff break before going forward to allow for deep recovery.
I am on a full break of PE for the foreseeable future. Right now I am only doing the very gentle nerve gliding stretches which are a body stretch nothing to do with the penis.

Still resting. Nerve pain is 99% gone. Waiting longer though. BPFSL still around 6.5"

Did 5x20 mellow tunica stretching last night. 16 hours later some nerve pain came back. It subsided now. So I keep resting and no tests for a while.

I am very slowly pumping again. ChatGPT seems to think I can build up to it, slowly conditioning the nerve. So I first did 60sec x 2hg, then wait 48h, then again. RN I just did the 4th session it was 90sec x 2hg, will wait 48h to the next session.

BPEL is now 6"

After trying to ease back into pumping I had to stop as it just didn’t work. The pain slowly came back.

So I’ve been doing nothing for about 2 months.

I’m going to a PT to get my overall groin/pelvic region fixed. Might start some light stretches again soon.

Current bpfsl is 6.25”, maybe a hair more if I push hard.

Maybe explore ads, extending, or hanging very light weights, to feel, if this causes any pain.

Bpfsl varies alot for me. A few years ago it was 7.35, bpel was plateaued at 6.75 . Today the bpfsl and bpel have been about the same 7.125 .

Congrats on hitting 6, and keep it going.

I think m9ter started out around 5.5 and went to late eights or early nines, at least that's what is claimed.
