I’m stuck at 6.5” bpfsl and 6-6.2” bpel for a while now.

Still doing bundleds, some regular some isolated. Maybe I’ll try for more volume, 2x a day.

Went back through my old log and this log and I’ve never gone past bpel 6.25” so that seems to be the limit for now. I’ll keep going for a while longer and decon if nothing changes .

The last session I did I must have overdone it on the bundles, as I got some groin/lig pain. On rest/decon now. Ordered a pump. Going to try a new method.

Still on decon, about 9 days now. My pump showed up and I just went to test it. I do not like the autopump at all. I don't think its for beginner pumpers, it goes up too quick and it didnt seem to stop when I pushed the button to stop. So going to wait for a manual pump to show up and then try again.

Decon will be officially over now. Its been 2 weeks.

I tried pumping again this time manual. Much better. It feels kind of intense, I only went to 3.5hg or so for 1.5min. Will try to progress and see how it goes.

Probably gonna keep stretching too

NBPEL: 5.375

Pumped again today. This time for 3 minutes at 3-3.5hg, with a 5 min break in between. Feels intense for me, I dont see how people do 10-12hg. Felt nice and plump after.

Adaptation should allow for higher pressure usage, though it's not necessary for everyone. If you can get a productive session with less than 10 Hg, that'll work.

Still pumping 2 days on 1 day off.

3-3.5hg for 2-3min, with 2-3 minute rest in between. Going for 3 sets. I touched 4hg for a second and it felt pretty intense. So for now I’ll stick 3-3.5hh and try to work up to 3x5minutes.

For reference: I’m hitting about 5.5” in the pump at 3.5hg

Oh ya and I’m doing zero stretching until my leg/groind strain goes away. Not sure what it’s from, I don’t think PE related but just going to be careful.

Hey, definitely go by your feeling. For me 4inHg with my pump feels pretty low and I prefer negative pressure around 7inHg and have even tried 15+ inHg temporarily.
However with these pumps it's never guaranteed that the gauge is showing accurate values, so better be safe and stay within what's comfortable for you.

Got 3 sets of 5 min for the first time yesterday. Going to stick with that for now and try to slowly get to 5hg. One day off per week.

Still going 3x5 at mostly 3-3.5" HG. 1-2 days off per week. BPFSL still around 6.5 to 6.6

Today was my third day in a row and could not get 3x5min at 3hg, it was too uncomfortable and even a tiny bit of pain. So I may need more days off, I will do 2 on 1 off for now.

My body is liking the 2/1 better. Last night I got 3 sets of 5min, I did have to ease in and do the first one a little lower at 2.5hg or so. I touched up to 4hg on one of the sets. Just going to continue slowly.

Okay so took about 6 weeks off due to a lig strain once again. Resuming with isolated stretches only. Might try to pump again, but not yet.

BPFSL 6.5" maybe a hair longer

I just pumped again. 3 sets of about 5 minutes each at 3-4HG.

This felt much better than my previous times pumping. Less discomfort and seemed to get more length in the tube. I was around 5.7" in the tube. Overall this went really well, hopefully my lig wont get strained.

Pumped again today same thing 3x5 of 3-4HG. Didnt take it as well as yesterdays, so I think this will definitely be something for me to ease into. Will continue at 2 on 1 off until I can gradually increase pressure.

Measured BPEL after and it was a solid 6.25"

Another good one, same thing as before. Does get a little intense and near the edge of discomfort at 4hg.
