Adaptation should allow for higher pressure usage, though it's not necessary for everyone. If you can get a productive session with less than 10 Hg, that'll work.Measured again and will keep tracking nbpel now too

Pumped again today. This time for 3 minutes at 3-3.5hg, with a 5 min break in between. Feels intense for me, I dont see how people do 10-12hg. Felt nice and plump after.
