I am on a full break of PE for the foreseeable future. Right now I am only doing the very gentle nerve gliding stretches which are a body stretch nothing to do with the penis.It might be good if you started with a full layoff break before going forward to allow for deep recovery.
After trying to ease back into pumping I had to stop as it just didn’t work. The pain slowly came back.
So I’ve been doing nothing for about 2 months.
I’m going to a PT to get my overall groin/pelvic region fixed. Might start some light stretches again soon.
Current bpfsl is 6.25”, maybe a hair more if I push hard.
