JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

The stretches in jp90 are for length, and the girth exercises like jelqs are aimed at girth. If you jelq with a low erection level it will target length, higher for girth.
Just do the erection levels stated and you'll be fine.

To your question regarding the jelqs in jp90(As it's the only girth exercise in this routine)

is there a difference between jelqing with foreskin rolled off the glans or foreskin on the glans?? (i hope you understand the question)

hi all guys i just have to answer you a question i apolagize myself if i do any english grammar errors but the question is : can i exclude jelquing from my routine as i'm focused only on lenght ? i got .3 inch from jelquing but now i want some lenght i'm 6 inches and my routine is this :
warm up
10 minutes jelq 3 seconds strokes
basic stretches 10 stretches of 5 second each
then i do a stretch where i stretch the internal ligament i just stretch left and right then i pul my finger trough my scrotum since i fell the lig and then i pull also these 10 x 10 seconds
then i do 10 x 10 seconds behind the cheeks and rotaries at the same time (i think is an DLD exercise)
then i warm down
is this a good rotine ? i seem to be a hard gainer in lenght and can i excule jelq from the routine ?

How many months have you beeing doing PE to know you're a hard gainer?

well i did like 3 months of PE , but i haven't trained every day i just did it randomly i did a lot of jelqs and gained girth but from stretches i didn't gain so much i want mainly lenght not girth

Well if you want to see gains you have to be consistent, not random. Do this routine and for the jelqing do them at a low erection level and they will help with length. And be consistent.

thank you for the advice also i have a question on the lig pops , when i have an errection if i push my dick down and kegel sometimes it pops (not sure if it's a lig pop) but today happened something different a more scratchy sound but i felt just a little pain a little bit and i dont know how to recognize wich of them is a lig pop , sorry for the too many questions

You recommend a Vitamin B Super complex to help get healthier and aid in the 90 day routine. I know that Vitamin B helps with the metabolism among other things but if I already have a very high metabolism should I take it anyway? I apologize if you've already answered this question earlier.

Hi, I'm from Brazil and this is my first post, sorry for the english. I have a question about the helicopter shake: do I twirl the base of the penis (as I pull, kind of like a lever) or do I twirl de flacid tip (like a whip?)?

don't know if you'll get what I mean, It's kind of hard to make myself clear :~

I am a beginner with kegels and have been doing a routine that consists of 1 kegel and 1 reverse kegel until a total of 16 reps. After the 16 rep, which is a reverse kegel, I do the same routine but holding for only a couple of seconds. I do this 3 times a day, seven days a week. I would like to know of a routine that incorporates jelqing and edging.

Kegeling 7 days a week leaves you no time to rest and recover.

Jelqing is included in every beginner program around, including this one (JP90). View all of the beginner programs and choose what you like.

ThirdArm I guess I´m a bit confused. First, I should only be doing the exercises say Monday through Friday with the weekends off. However, I want to incorporate jelqing and etching to compliment my kelgel exercises and I don´t know if this will help or hurt my routine. From what I understand, jelqing is for growth and etching is for stamina. I was wondering if doing the beginner program JP90 int the mornings with kelgeling 3 times a day, including reverse kegels, and etching at night will benefit me. Can you help.....please.

You've got a lot of ideas, Unek75. Let's simplify this into categories:

1. Your PE routine will include jelqing and stretching. You can choose how often you want to do this routine. Generally it is done 3 to 4 days per week and to clarify, you only do this once on a given day. If you don't want to gain length, you don't have to stretch.

2. Your kegel and reverse kegel routine can be done throughout the day and your suggestion of 3 times throughout the day is fine, but remember to take days off. Say that you kegel on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will not do any kegels or reverse kegels on other days of the week. Rest those muscles.

3. Edging adds work to your routine, so do it in moderation. Once or twice a week is really fine for now. Since you're new to PE, you want to introduce work at a very slow and manageable pace.


Unek75, read my suggestions and post back here with a specific template of how you plan on doing this. Then we'll take a look at it. JP90 is a good program (see page 1 of this thread). I can tell that you're ambitious about this, but just know that your penis needs rest so take whichever routine you choose nice and slow.

I always threw one in there anyway. In the scheme of things it seems negligible.

Hey guys! I just started JP's 90 Day Beginner's Routine after experimenting with jelqs and Kegels for a few months now. I figured it was time to get consistent about things. I love that everyone is so helpful and courteous to one another, and I'm excited for the months ahead.

A quick question: does body type affect girth, or the ability to gain girth? I'm 6'1, about 135lbs, and I have a wicked fast metabolism. I have a difficult time putting on weight or muscle, despite increased caloric intake. I'm just curious if that's going to be a roadblock to things.
