Day 47: Friday, 9 March 2012

Had a very stressful couple of days at work wich took its toll. I did not have time or energy to do PE. Started again last night but decided to do a good stretch routine only.

Routine pattern - Days: on / on / off / on / off /on / on / off / on / off / off

Blue text indicates changes to my normal routine.

1 cup of green tea with ginger and honey
Warmup 15 minutes
3 x Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out)
3 x Footlong stretches
3 x 10 Circle stretches
15 min Warm down
Bed fofwer

Day 48: Saturday, 10 March 2012

Experiment:
Today I am going to split my routine up into 2 sections over weekends. Stretching in the morning and jelquing in the evening. I like the stretch action I get from a 'footlong' stretch and will include them in my routine.

Routine pattern - Days: on / on / off / on / off /on / on / off / on / off / off

Morning:
1 cup of green tea with ginger and honey
Warmup 15 minutes
2 x Basic stretches 30 seconds (up, down, left, right, straight out)
2 x 30 seconds Footlong stretches
2 x 10 Circle stretches
15 min Warm down

Afternoon:
Warmup 15 minutes
2 x 30 seconds Footlong stretches
10 minute WET jelquing
5 min Warm down

Evening:
Bed fofwer

Had a good work out this morning. Read recently about traction wrapping and clamping. I decided to try it out for fun to see what happens. Wore my traction wrapper for 3 hours and managed to rip my pubicles out when I unrapped .... ouch!

Use nexcare elasto bandage and wrapped them later on, but not too toghtly, around the base of my penis. Kegeled blood in and was amazed at how engorged my penis became. Edged, slowly, for about 5 minutes and then left the 'clamp' on for another 10 minutes.

I want to find out if one can edge while wearing a clamp or cockring? Would appreciate some feedback here from more experienced guys. Thanks.

Started with the South Beach diet yesterday and had a good day. I will follow phase 1 for 7/10 days as it is difficult without carbs. I will concentrate on making my food attractive and create interesting recipes from the food I am allowed to eat.

Routine pattern - Days: on / on / off / on / off /on / on / off / on / off / off

I enjoyed my routine yeaterday but only did the stretches. I tried some clamping and edging in the late afternoon (See post 103). I went out last night and pulled. So, I have had incredible and amazing sex. :lol:

My PI's a bit shot this morning after an intense stretching routine, clamping, edging and too much sex. Luckily it is a rest day. I will drink my ginger and honey green tea to replenish my body :biggrin1:

Day 49: Monday, 12 March 2012

I am switching over to the JP90 routine today.

Routine: 3 days on / 2 days off

Stretching:
Warm up - 15 minutes
Stretch to the left holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch to the right holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch straight out for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch straight up for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes

WET Jelquing: I am going to jelq for 15 minutes using the following routine:
3 minute 'o' jelq
2 minute 'v' jelq
Repeat 2 times

Edging for 12 minutes to start off.

Warm down for 15 minutes

I am doing my stretches this morning and the rest of the routine tonight.

Morning:

Stretching:
Warm up - 15 minutes
Stretch to the left holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch to the right holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch straight out for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.

Stretch straight up for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.

30 Jai stretches during the day

How are your gains coming, my man?

I have had no gains since my last measure in January. I decided to chains my routine to the light version I started with but change the quality of the jelquing action. I had seen gains in my flaccid length and hang which is positive. EQ has increased. So overall nothing to complain about.

good luck with the new routine and i hope will have gains like u want to have amen !!! when will you post ur gains man i want some motivation :p have a great day and why did u decide to go back to the jp 90?

Because of the above reasons I have decided to change my routine to the JP90 3 days ago. I have noticed that my little boy ;) is happy. I have a bigger volume in terms of engorgement after my workout. I will give it another month before I measure.

As I had cryosurgery yesterday to treat 18 lesions on my hands I have decided to only do my stretches today. My hands are aching and the jelquing action and lubrication will aggrevate the situation.

I will alternatively do edging for 20 minutes and a bed fower later on.

Stretching:
Warm up - 15 minutes
Stretch to the left holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
Helicopter Shakes
Stretch to the right holding the stretch against thigh for 25 one second kegels.
10 Circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.
