Updated my routine the last week or so, trying to do it once in the morning and once in the evening:

15 minutes @ 10 lb, end of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
15 minutes @ 15 lb, base of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
Pump 10 minutes @ 10 in Hg
15 minutes @ 15 lb, end of shaft
Manual stretches for a few minutes
15 minutes @ 10 lb, end of shaft with vibration
Manual stretches for a few minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
Pump 10 minutes @ 10 in Hg
Wear a sleeve to keep it extended for about an hour

My wife commented it feels thicker lately. No change in erect girth but I think my EQ has gotten back close to normal after my long protracted illness.

Blood pressure is back to normal averaging about 110/70. Blood glucose is taking some time to get back to normal, still swinging between 70 and 180, mg/dL, sometimes higher if I eat something carb heavy. A1C was down to 6.9 last check. Expect next check to be around 6.4 given the GMI estimate on my CGM app (it seems to estimate high by about 0.4). It's going to take a while to recover. Doctor said I'm a rare case where I'm not type 1 and not type 2 but like type 1.5 because of pancreatic swelling; a sudden decrease in insulin with no symptoms like neuropathy, etc. He expects it to reverse eventually, but may be considered type 2 for quite a while.

No increase in length or girth yet but given junior is performing better, I won't complain.
Yup, eq is very important for gaining size,

Are you eating a carb heavy diet?

No not at all. I avoid them generally, but I'll cheat and occasionally have a pizza or something like that. It's interesting to see the effect different foods have since the CGM (contiguous glucose monitor) updates once per minute and I can just see it rising and falling on my phone. It's definitely getting better but I have to be more careful than I used to be. It's also interesting that carbs have way more effect (and more immediate) than something with a lot of sugar.

What are you using of to monitor insulin , blood sugar levels?

I mostly rely on the CGM for blood sugar. It typically reads just slightly higher than a classic monitor using strips. I'm getting tested for A1C and insulin levels every 3 months. I don't test insulin regularly like I do my blood sugar. I'm not using exogenous insulin at all.

Took a 1 week break from PE, now back to it. Routine remains mostly the same. EQ is coming back. Still too early to measure enclomiphene effects but very subjectively I do feel like I have a bit more energy and I had morning wood a couple times which had pretty much vanished. Next test is about 3 months away. No new gains still holding at 8.6.

It's been a while since I've posted a progress update. Altogether probably a 2 month break with no PE whatsoever. We were busy with a long distance move and my PE stuff got packed away so I couldn't really do anything. Once I started back with PE my wife noticed my flaccid was longer. It's a bit of a subjective observation since I rarely measure my flaccid especially with it being so variable, but I've noticed during the day it's a bit longer. Not sure if it was the break or not. I'm not even sure it's a good thing since it can get out to around 6.5 inches or so and is actually quite noticeable in some pants/shorts. I don't think my erect penis is going to get any longer. I think I gained like 0.1 inches in like a year. In any case routine remains pretty simple. 10 pounds for 10 minutes, 4 sessions total. Stretches and clamping between. Occasional pumping. That's it.

As far as pe, you have a very to extremely large length. I would guess length is cemented if you wanted to cease length work. 6.5 inches flaccid is the same, very large. Does flaccid ever shrink to five or four inches?

After talking to a few guys, I seem to have a large fat pad at about a full inch , and in relatively lean. (i dont mind sharing body pictures, Ive competed in bodybuilding for many years) Found out my Mom and her Dad store a lot more fat than average in their lower pouch. Something about swiss genetics. how much el to bpel is there?

why did you do a long distance move?
Moved to Texas in order to have much more land that doesn't cost a fortune. I also much prefer the dryer climate of west Texas. The communist takeover of Virginia recently also influenced our decision. I have a significant fat pad as well, at least half an inch. Not sure if it's genetic or not. I definitely need to lose 20 pounds so that's part of it. 6.5 is when it's warm. I'd guess 5 on average when it's colder like walking around naked in a cool room. I want to continue with PE at least for a little longer to see where it goes. If I don't make any progress by the end of this year, I'll probably stop and just do occasional manual stretches and pumping.

Yes from what I hear Texas is economically one of the best places in usa to live. I know each state has its own tax laws.

Ive competed in bodybuilding then classic physique, now bodybuilding again since 2009, and don't gain that much fat between competitions.

I noticed some guys posting with " average bodyfat" were measuring less than a one inch fat pad and some much less. My mom stores a lot of body fat in her stomach which is kind of rare for a female. Grandfather stored a lot of his there.

Mines at least an inch, when I hit 6.75 largest nbpel was 5.75 , and many times it was less. Now that I hit a tad over seven bpel, I didn't measure el. That ruler goes in quite a lot it seems from nbp to bp.

Thank you for sharing I was curious , as to why I seemed to have a larger fat pad down there at my body fat levels. When I've gotten really lean, very lean, el and flaccid appears marginally better. I'll take whatever I can get, visually. Haha

I would keep at it if I were in your feet, more than likely. I know from experience last woman I had sex with noticed a difference before and after pumping in thickness. You sir have a very large penis in length and girth, congratulations and thank you for logging it .
