Really good question -- I have no idea, I've tried to use the tension pound measure device that comes with stealthformen (it's really nice) but it adds space between things so it's hard to perfectly replicate the weight. I don't think it's more than 5-8lbs, but I admit I am guessing; I will have to try it some time & report back to you.Hey Blink, how much pressure in kg do you apply to your ADS? I'm thinking of doing similar stuff to you, a quick BM pump in the morning, then wearing the ADS (Phallosan) and finally doing some manuals in the evening. Thanks for your help. Cheers
Usually I avoid being on-the-go too much... if I'm sitting still in a car or truck, no big deal, BUT if I have to walk around? Things get loose/ pop out, so at least for me that's a major limitation. For me the ADS works best if I'm mostly sitting still... I can do some walking but if I'm moving around too fast, things can get loose then I have to add pressure again/ it can be a pain.Question for you, I have the ADS too but have yet to use it (they threw it in when I bought the vac hanger). As an ADS, how does it feel when you’re on the go?
Got it. Thanks!Usually I avoid being on-the-go too much... if I'm sitting still in a car or truck, no big deal, BUT if I have to walk around? CongratulationsI have now reached 7.75" BPEL; my BPFSL is still around 8.4".
My 8" BPEL goal seems quite modest now (only 0.25" left to go.. )
I'm still at 2.5 hours ADS. Gains were going really slow so i increased tension a bit about 3 months ago, so it definitely helped. However, I'm starting to wonder if I need more time
The only reason I haven't gone to 3 hours already is I don't like taking my device off to go pee, and the longer my sessions go, the more frequently I have to take things off/ put them back on (it kind of goes against my whole "set it & forget it" preference)...
My girth has not changed; I checked today; I'm still 5.5" MSEG & 6.5" BSEG.
I will probably start with soft-clamping, but I'm relucant to start working on girth -- I started PE during the era where everyone said length before girth, so I've never worked on girth other than jelqs and pumping (and hanging did quite a bit for my base girth, but that was all indirect).
Total PE gains: 1.75" BPEL, 0.62 MSEG and 1.5" BSEG.
I observed that some guys reported working on girth may have helped length, so it’s possible that could work.Congratulations
doing girth before length for a short time peroid, 5-10 minutes, breaks the tunica down more, so the length work is more effective. It does not give girth gains per say, more focused on length. This is something I am expirementing with or trying

Wow.. thats the MOST weight I have ever heard of anyone using with PE!...which when I did 31 lbs was required...
Here's the thing; regardless of weight -- you will need 2% to 4% strain (5%+ is risky); at least in my case, really low strain stopped working after about a year (I did manage to gain 1.5" BPFSL doing that approach). During the last 7 months I've only gained 0.5" BPFSL (that includes increasing tension a few months ago).Got some silicon sleeves on eBay mod and I think his name is on thunders recommended. They used to tear fast with heavier weight but not with this lighter weight. Thank you for recommending lighter weight... I try and get in three hours a day and if more is gotten, great
